Every experience so far has been great, with this being no exception. Riley came over and conducted a full inspection of our home, replacing our furnace filter and humidifier filter as well. Friendly, professional, high energy - a great addition to the Neptune team. Much appreciation and a huge thanks for his fast and professional services.

Not only did Logan fix a clogging problem in one of our toilette drains (2nd time in 2 years), he made it drain better so it will probably not clog up again in the forseeable future.

Absolutely the best! I’ve used them multiple times, both for my home & office. They’ve always shown up on time, got the job done & no surprise charges. I switched to Neptune because I had those issues with other companies. (I also had them do a water heater install at my house, which went well, but it’s the service that’s really important to me because that’s where I’ve really had issues with other companies.)

What a rip off!!!! Do not use this company!!! They showed up 3 hours late, was only here 20 minutes charged for a full hour rate because they include drive time from other job sites plus an additional $49 for walking in the door.. Fortunately it only took some Teflon tape and caulk to fix my problem...God forbid It was anything else, profits not a dirty word it's just how much!!

Very unreliable plumbers...very rude and irresponsible..

We recently had the pleasure of a visit from technician Toseland Wright (Toby), just to get an estimate for replacing our hot water tank and addressing a couple of minor plumbing jobs at home. Mr. Toseland’s professionalism, proactivity, and honesty convinced me to proceed with the work immediately after he explained the estimate details. He came prepared for this scenario and replaced the hot water tank, along with completing the two plumbing jobs, all on the same day. Everything was done in less than three (3) hours. Excellent job and friendly service. I am very happy with the work done by Mr. Toseland. I can definitely recommend the services of Neptune Plumbing and Heating to family and friends.

I had another positive experience with Neptune Plumbing! First of all, their customer service line is great and they really care about their customers. Logan C. arrived to do the work in my bathroom today and I can't say enough about him! He's very professional, honest and just a very pleasant guy to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and was quick to detect what I needed for my dripping taps (tub). He also fixed a toilet problem I had. I had a few questions and he was happy to give me his opinion and advice. I will be getting a quote from Neptune in the New Year for my bathroom renovation! I highly recommend this company for excellent service and fair pricing as well :)

Aug 14, 2025. Another 5 star review.....Today we had Chad come and install two new toilets for us. He arrived when promised and did a great job dealing with the removal of the old toilets and the installation of the new. He met the challenge of the old plumbing with ease. So far we have been very pleased with everyone sent from Neptune. Arranged an emergency visit to fix a broken pipe that drained the kitchen sink. Logan arrived when promised the same day and replaced the abs pipe very quickly. He was a pleasure to deal with. The next time we have a plumbing issue we will call Neptune and hopefully we will get Logan again.

My 19 year old water tank quit unexpectedly on me early on a Thursday morning. I had never used Neptune Plumbing & Heating before but I gave them a call after looking at their website and they booked me in for 1 pm the same day. Toseland arrived right on time and set about replacing my hot water tank. I was impressed with the job he did. You can really tell the guys who know what they are doing and Toseland certainly did. I highly recommend Neptune Plumbing & Heating and will be using them in the future for my plumbing and heating needs.

Derek and Dustin replaced the hot and cold water faucets in the laundry room for our new washing machine. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reviewed the work to be done and the costs prior to starting. They reviewed the work that was done after they were completed and their clean up was immaculate. They even hooked up the washing machine and dryer. So right from Courtney who handled our call yesterday to Derek and Dustin a big thankyou. I would not hesitate to recommend Neptune Plumbing and Heating to anyone

It was on a Saturday evening I discovered that my humidifier was leaking water all over the basement floor. I was unable to shut the water off so I contacted Nepture Plumbing & Heating who offered 24 hour emergency service. I received a call from Logan who asked me a few questions and said that he would arrive in 45 minutes. Logan arrived as he advised and was able to fix my problem. I was more that pleased with the service I received. I would not hesitate contacting Nepture Plumbing & Heating again. Thanks Logan.

We recently required the impeccable services of. Neptune. Plumbing what resulted was the installation of a new hot water tank. Fortunately for us we received a most capable, professional, personal employee by the name of Dustin. H. His qualifications could go on but the final result was perfect. We had a new dishwasher installed by a large wholesaler and almost from the beginning it wasn't draining properly. We had the installers back but they didn't solve the problem. Dustin managed to troubleshoot the issue and within 30 minutes the dishwasher was operating properly. We have used Neptune on several occasions both personally and commercially and we find them to be a top notch service; on time, reasonably priced, with quality workmanship. We highly recommend their service.

A year ago (June 2024), i had Logan C come to my mom's place in Varsity. He was there on time, was courteous and explained to both myself and my mother what needed doing and his work came in at the opening quote. Staff at the office are also polite and work with you to determine repair extent & timing, so there were no surprises when Logan was done. I required my main water shutoff valve to be replaced and arranged with City and Neptune for a time. Technician Dustin arrived within minutes of City and got the valve replaced in a timely fashion so City could leave in the half hour window they allow. Dustin then continued with completing the job. I was satisfied with the appointment process from first speaking to Sam in the office to the installation. Dustin did a great job and will use them in the future.
