Mathew and Anson were great. They notified me that they would arrive within the hour. They were spot on. Humored me when I asked them to show me the process of draining my water heater. Professional and kind. Very reasonable price for the service.

My mom’s sewer line backed up and had to be repaired and lined. Neighborly plumbing came out and took care of everything including some unrelated interior plumbing issues that needed to be addressed as well. They were honest, did great work and were amazing to deal with through the entire process. I would highly recommend them!

Neighborly Plumbing did a trenchless sewer repair for me and saved me $5,000 compared to my other estimates. They fixed the line without tearing up my yard, and the whole job was done fast. Matt and Travis really came through for my family everything works great now.

Nieghborly plumbing came and replaced my sewer pipe after catus plumbing messed it up. So far so good on the plumbing. They were both contracted buy 24 hour plumbing pros. The problem is that they were supposed to replace the lawn that they had to dig up,they said it would be about a week when they return to do that. That was in September and it's now November. They aren't going to replace it until 24 plumbing pays them so my lawn is being held hostage because of that . The city is now involved and if that doesn't work then I'll have to get a lawyer. I paid 24 hour plumbing 15.000 to fix the problem now it's their responsibility to make things right. Sorry that neighborly didn't get paid but someone needs to hold people accountable for their word. Come on your not even going to try make this situation better there is no delay . From what I see it's not going to be resolved at any time soon. It took you this long to respond. It's now almost February. Wow , I guess there is no reason to continue this conversation. I know what they said before they left my yard. They lied to me. My word against theirs. You win .

Earlier this year in the winter we had a pipe burst underneath our house suddently and got several bids from different plumbers to fix the issue. Several of them told us the problem was a rusted galvanized steel water main pipe running from the street to our house. We'd recently done landscaping in our front yard with pollinator-friendly plants, so we were hoping for a trenchless option with minimal digging. Most places said they'd need to excavate a large area and that some plants might get damaged in the process. One of the first plumbers had even asked, "How much do you care about this tree?" because their excavator would likely damage it. After we’d gotten several bids, we came across Neighborly through putting out a work request on Angie.com. Matt came out and figured out what the issue was very quickly. He was the only person to offer to hand-dig the access holes for a trenchless water main replacement so as not to damage any of the plants. He walked me through the yard and showed me exactly where he'd dig so there would be no impact to the landscaping. He also gave me a transparent estimate on-the-spot which ended up being the same price I paid. Their price was lower than the other bids for the same work, and Matt was also the only one to mention that they could install a temporary water line (a hose running from the street meter to a hose bib in our front yard) so we'd have water while we waited for work to begin the following week. They got that set up promptly, and when the day came to install the new water main, they took great care with the yard and got everything done in one day. We were very pleased with how everything was being handled that we also asked about replacing our old water heater with a tankless one, which had also sprung a leak around the same time as the water main issue. Matt gave good advice on how to move forward given the placement of our vents, and offered to reach out to a roofing contact he had since we'd need a small amount of roof work done for a new vent. We got everything scheduled and are very happy with how the water heater installation went as well. Matt also walked me through how to clean the tankless unit when it needs to be done annually. Julie, their receptionist and scheduler, was amazing throughout the whole process. She kept us updated on timing and payment, made us feel like a priority given that we were without water and hot water for several days, and always found answers to our questions, including around financing the project. Travis helped us work through all of our financing options and was flexible in finding a plan that fit with our current budget. We appreciate the care and transparency everyone at Neighborly brought to this, and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing. Thank you so much for taking care with things. Had an unfortunate sewer backup a different plumber had helped me fix. That plumber cameraed the lines and told me I needed to tear out my pipes which would have cost over $8K. I called Neighborly Plumbing for a second opinion. They took a look at the pipes, and hopped down in the manhole to take a closer look. There was a ton of gunk in my pipe and in the manhole causing me issues and they instead recommended I jetted the pipe and get the manhole area clear. I felt a lot more sure about this recommendation and that they had my best interest in mind. Their quote for jetting my pipe was also significantly cheaper than the other plumbing company. I feel a lot more at ease now that my sewer pipes are clean, and I feel like the work was done for a very fair price. I can't thank Neighborly Plumbing enough for their assessment and work. The only thing that could have been better was faster scheduling. Other than that, they were awesome.

After researching 3-4 plumbing options, I found their price for Hydro Jetting to be competitive and fair. Hired Neighborly Plumbing to hydro jet a secondary line that was causing drain backups in the bathtub from our washing machine. They also snaked the line. They were responsive, fast, and very knowledgable. When I had a concern, Julie the customer service rep was kind and patient while listening to my concerns, then resolved them quickly. The technicians Antonio and Nathaniel were friendly and explained to me everything they were doing and finding. Really happy with their work and customer service experience.

We considered the bid and decided to accept it and set an appointment. At the appointed time an employee arrived a bit late and discovered that he had brought the wrong size parts so he left to bring the correct things. After that everything went well, Anson knew what her had to do and did it. We tested the line and it drained well. I would recommend Neighborly Plumbing highly.

So very pleased! In a world where everyone is trying to upsell us, Neighborly Plumbing saved me money instead. I called and asked Matthew to replace the front hose bib on our home. He bid a price that I was fine with and we set an appointment. When he arrived, he mentioned that the hose bib didn't need replaced, he could rebuild it for half the price! In less than an hour my problem was fixed and I pocketed the difference. Thanks Matthew, a good plumber is hard to find!

We had a big issue in our basement bathroom, Neighborly Plumbing came in with a fair estimate and got the work done quickly, in budget and on schedule. They took extra care to protect and clean up after the job. Jack hammering, digging up pipe, replacing the damaged sewer pipe even replacing the concrete - everything was done as promised. Excellent and fairly priced which is almost impossible to find both these days. Used them for a clogged sewer line from a previous home owners negligence and they solved the problem quickly and professionally. Will be using them down the line for a much larger sewer lining and pipe refitting process because I trust they’ll be just as great.

They did great work! They were able to come in QUICKLY after another plumber had to reschedule. They were able to fix a toilet, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink in under ONE hour, and the price beat out the big companies. Highly recommend Neighborly Plumbing to all local homeowners in SlCo!!
