We have used them prior to them changing names and nothing has changed. The service is excellent and we haven’t had a signal issue both in getting them to respond or with any of their repair repairs. Highly recommended

Zack came out and found the problem the last tenants left for us to deal with. Great service and I highly recommend this company. Service is great, customer service ladies are awesome and quick to respond. Can’t say enough about these folks.

Horrible experience with this company on a tankless water heater. Water heater stopped working correctly. We called Neighborhood Plumbing, they charged us over $200 to work on it, said the problem was air in the lines and it was fixed. That didn't make much sense, but if it was fixed then OK. Worth $200 to have hot water for the dishes. But it was not fixed. Called them back that evening. The guy came back the next day, but spent the whole time on the phone with the manufacturer. He clearly did not know what he was doing on a tankless hot water heater. He charged us another almost $400 for his time talking to the manufacturer and told us that we needed to spend another $750 (on top of the $600 he already charged) to fix it this time (after he said it was fixed the day before). So they wanted over $1350 to fix a unit (that they had said was fixed) that cost less than $1000 one year ago. No longer had any faith in them so called a reputable company recommended by Rinnai. Should have done that in the first place. They needed only 15 minutes to test the unit and recommend not wasting our money trying to fix it. They only charged me to replace it. No call to the manufacturer needed--it was clear he understood tankless hot water heaters, had the right equipment, etc. Neighborhood Plumbing may be OK for regular plumbing, but do not use for a tankless hot water heater.

Poor follow up, did not want to review concerns about the work required. And supervisor was unwilling to speak with me about the concerns. I would not recommend them! Supervisor now trying to say I fell through cracks. He was in office when I called and I heard him refuse to speak with me! He is deflecting.

I had their plumber come out last time to connect the refrigerator with the ice-maker that was inside the cabinet. I told him to completely replace the old ice-maker valve with it's frame and purchased new valve. He gave me an estimate of approximately $500.00 and I thought it was very expensive but I agreed as long as the work will be done properly. He rescheduled to get the materials for the job. He came out the following week and all he did was connect the refrigerator with the same old valve. I have no idea why they had to cut off the water source from the house. All they had to do is move the refrigerator for a distance not more than 12 ft, which is not bad because it's easy to push it. I pushed it myself out of the cabinet after they left to clean behind it. Yet, they emptied my groceries from inside the fridge in a dirty box that I had left in the room! Before they left, I thought he replaced the valve inside the cabinet because the box of the new valve from HomeDepot was open. I paid around $500 to him thinking he did what I asked, and I got busy cleaning the grocery before I place them back in the fridge. I was about to throw away the box of the new valve and noticed that the new valve is still inside it and checked the cabinet to see that the old dirty valve wasn't replaced. I felt cheated for paying $500 and called them immediately, he called me back and said he can't replace the valve because he has to tear down the wall and the cabinet all around it! I wasn't convinced and insisted that I need this old valve to be replaced per our agreement. He claimed that the old valve seems like new and was never used when I know for a fact that it was used for over 10 years. In any case, he said he will come back next day to try and see if he can replace it. He came the next morning to repeat what he told me over the phone and that the old one is a better quality than the one I purchased. I asked him if the $500 is just to connect the refrigerator with the ice maker through a hose!!!! It's a job that shouldn't take over an hour!! I could've done that myself, it's not that hard to find a hose with the right fitting!!! I felt he underestimated me by claiming he had to get the right supplies and do the work. To me this is a joke, yes I'm a woman but that doesn't mean I'm clueless when it comes to plumbing work. So in conclusion, I paid approx. $500 for connecting the refrigerator with the ice-maker through a hose. A lawyer or a doctor don't even charge this much money per hour! My cousin with some plumbing experience came for a visit two weeks ago and was able to replace the valve with it's frame without tearing the wall and the cabinet. I later called Neighborhood plumbing to get a refund 5 days ago and I'm still waiting. I'm willing to give them back whatever they supplied me, including the hose that is too long inside my cabinet and I replaced it anyway with shorter hose.

Our water pressure was very low. I contacted a company with the most recommendations on Nextdoor. The guy they sent was creepy! No shirt or tag or anything to identify him. It took him 30 seconds to check and confirm the low pressure and with no notes or calculator he came up with $725 for a new valve and something next to valve that wasn't broken but they get repaired as a set. And if I didn't use them then I owed $165 for the service call which I was never told about when I set the appointment. I contacted Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain next but I wish I had first! The next day Karl showed up and I was immediately comfortable. No creepy factor! He gave me his business card and was just a nice guy. There was no fee for him to come out and the quote was free! And that mystery piece "next to the valve" was fine and Karl said 90% of the time they are and there is no need to replace it. Honesty! Wow, what a concept!! Karl did the work quickly and my pressure problem was fixed for $200 less! Karl is trustworthy with 20 years of experience and I will definitely use him again in the future. Additionally I never heard back from the first company. No follow up to see how I wanted to proceed and as of now no bill for the service call which is good because I'm not going to pay it!

I called them because one of my water heaters stopped working. I saw the good reviews and spoke to a very nice lady over the phone. She worked with me to schedule appointment and Eric came by as promised. Very nice and courteous man. He did a quick hand- eye inspection and explain to me that he needed to run some tests to figure exactly what the problem was. Most likely, everything they needed to do or perhaps replace the heater entirely, sounded very expensive. I ended up looking at testing fees, processing fees, code upgrades and new heather estimate for $ 1,863.00 or so. I told him I would keep hunting and call back if I decide to their services. I called Blue Dragon who has a lot of great reviews on Yelp but he was booked for two weeks ahead. However, he referred me to Jessie's Plumbers and Fabian and Jessie came over and very promptly and professionally fixed my heather for a great reasonable price. They also guaranteed their work. I can't review Neighborhood pluming based on their work itself but those fees are just to high for my budget.

To replace my water heater, I made the mistake of calling another company first. Those people seemed more like used-car salesmen than plumbers. I got a very slimy vibe and realized they were not the kind of people I wanted in my life, let alone my garage. So I sent them packing and did what I should've done in the first place - I called Lauren at Neighborhood Plumbing. The difference in personalities was amazing. Lauren was straightforward and fun, with no B.S. I explained I just wanted a water heater, with no upsells or fancy bells & whistles. She respected that and got a crew out in less than 24 hours. The guys (sorry, I'm spacing on their names) were friendly and professional and, of special importance to me, they weren't pushy at all. They finished the install in just under an hour (for real) and charged a reasonable price. I can't imagine hiring a plumber I don't like or can't trust. So I've already made my choice about who I'll call next time I have plumbing issues - Neighborhood Plumbing!

I've used Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain several times, but the last two times Alan has worked in my house I felt fleeced. Expect a high cost just for this plumber to show up and even when a problem is not resolved. Perhaps it's just me looking like a fat catch of the day, I'm not sure, but I was angry enough today to finally state something in writing in a somewhat negative review. Ask for costs up front and if you can accept them then fine, but for me to have him look at my dishwasher for a few minutes and tell me it needs replacing and I end up out a good portion of the cost of that replacement, should be a warning to all. I've had work done right in the past by Alan and at a price that I perceived as fair (when I knew the work was intensive and warranted) and things were fixed or installed, but somewhere along the way it seems to me that the cost of business has skyrocketed and so I can not leave a positive review, but I won't give only a 1 star either.

Our main water pipe was leaking just after the meter, so the water company turned off the water, but since it was on our side of the meter, it was our responsibility. It was 6pm and I called Neighborhood Plumbing. It was after hours and they asked if we could go until the next morning - which we could. So FIRST THING the next morning Eric shows up, provides a reasonable quote, and completes the work in about 90 minutes. He came in and flushed the entire house, while his partner cleaned up outside. I can say with confidence that they cleaned up both their work AND the mess I made digging to figure out where the pipe was leaking. Prompt, precise, up-front quotes, and professional work leaving the area nicer than when they arrived. What more could I ask?

After calling Neighborhood Plumbing, within an hour Robert came to our house to evaluate as to why our kitchen sink was not draining. First of all, Robert was extremely polite and explained how he will try to clear the line using the least amount of effort using his first line equipment but explaining, if that doesn't work, he may have to use more heavy duty equipment and it may take more time. He worked hard and fast and, after multiple times of using larger rodding equipment and checking to see that the water flowed past the out-take pipe outside from our kitchen sink, he succeeded! It was an hour's worth of work and minimal amount of cost to us. We are extremely pleased with Neighborhood Plumbing, especially Robert, and recommend this business highly!

I had detected a leak days ago and called several plumbing companies, who were either too busy and/or would not return calls. I came across Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain on the Yelp, and called them to see if they could come by. The person on the phone was courteous, and called back promptly to let me know someone was available the same day. Allan Wood showed up an hour later, had already detected the leak, and carefully dug a hole in the landscaped area where the leak was. In three hours, he completely repaired the leak, and restored the landscaping to its (almost) original condition. Rarely do I experience such courteous, professional service, but this company should definitely get your business!!

Awesome customer service at Neighborhood Plumbing. We've been using them since 2016 and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. (Shout out to Alan, who is the tech we typically see.) This week was hell for Texans, with many needing emergency plumbing. Neighborhood got us on the list to come out within 48 hours. We ended up being able to fix the pipe ourselves and no longer needed the appointment, but Neighborhood was generous enough to allow our neighbors to take the appointment who were worse off than us. Alan fixed their issue yesterday afternoon and, after a week without water, they were finally able to shower! Highly recommend!

Horrible!!! Had them come to one of my rentals where they (fixed) the shower that I wasn't getting hot water from just to have them come back 3months later to look at because it still want getting hot enough.he then went to check my water heater that somehow started to leak after they left and wasnt getting hot water in the whole house! came back the next day to look at the water heater that they charged me $350 to fix even though it was working just fine till he touched it and then he gave me a estimate of $1300 to replace my upstairs shower valve that casa mechanical is doing for $700 and a better job !!!! What a big joke
