They were very professional and the installation was fast.

My experience started off positive with my initial phone call to CST Plumbing when I found myself with no hot water. Communication was ongoing and consistent leading up to the service. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable and quick.

They responded quickly and fixed my broken bathtub faucet. I will definitely call them again.

No issues with tech or service...just WAY overpriced. $99 just to knock on your door and then hundreds for even the smallest repair. After paying $180 for a disposal clearance (10 min max) they quoted me $410 for a 30 minute water filter change... and I had the filters already purchased. I know surgeons that don't charge this much per hour (they price per job....way too much). Buyer beware....looking for new go-to plumber.

Call for a broken pipe connceted to my outdoor septic system. Was told they dont do that. Would ask they take outdoor plumbing, sewer and septic off if their website and Google page if its not a service they offer. Otherwise no complaints.

I tried calling to make this complaint, but could not get past the prompts or the answering service to find a real person. I had a bad experience with two of your employees working on a new construction home in the Country Lakes neighborhood (Denton/Argyle). They set up a large speaker in the street near their NCT truck and started to blare VERY loud music (not allowed in Denton). I told them to turn it down - one person did, but the second person immediately walked back to the speaker and turned it up even louder. I told them again to turn it down and they refused, so I had to walk over and turn it down myself. The second person then continued to argue with me until I started taking pictures of their truck with your company name and number. Even if there wasn't a city ordinance, it is still incredibly rude (and childish) to come to a neighborhood as a representative of a business and be so disrespectful to the homeowners. They could use a small bluetooth speaker in the home, or use earbuds - there's no reason to come into a residential neighborhood and act like you're throwing a block party.

We have an amazing experience every time we use NCT plumbing. We recently bought our first home and have had to replace/repair a few things. As new home owners I couldn't feel more confident in a company for a job well done and a genuine interest in customer care. They truly provide a white glove plumbing experience if there ever was one. Our technician Anthony was kind, respectful and efficient. He arrived on time and got the job done quickly. He had the courtesy to put on shoe covers before briefly coming inside to verify that everything was running correctly and our problem was solved. I know from previous visits this is a policy across the company. While he was there replacing our pressure regulating valve he notice our main water shut off valve was corroded and replaced it in the same visit. We really felt like they were looking out for us as homeowners and it's good to know we'll be able to safely shut off the water in an emergency. Highly recommend this locally owned and operated business!

NCT improperly installed a water heater. The next day, my renters/tenants discovered a heavy gas smell in the garage. They got ahold of me, and I had them immediately evacuate the home. I had to leave work to go to the house and meet the NCT technician. He confirmed the installation was done improperly, and that there was indeed a gas leak. I spoke with the owner/manager. While I appreciated their quick response to the house to fix the gas leak, it was however their mistake that caused the problem. I'm hoping that I see some type of discount on future work to compensate me for the time and inconvenience that I went through.

I am currently experiencing a nightmare at my new home that "passed" inspection. My sewage line needed to be replaced as did all of the gas lines in my home due to multiple gas leaks. NCT plumbing has been the only individuals who I believe have gone out of their way to help me. They worked with my schedule and to ensure that I was comfortable they made sure to have Paul (plumber) out with contractors, the city inspector etc. Paul was very professional and nice. I trusted them to work on my home in my absence. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

CJ, the plumber who came out to our house to help us with our issue, was incredibly professional, funny and patient. He took great care to make sure that he explained the issue in a way that I could understand. He also took the time to suggest methods to avoid this same issue in the future. It was really obvious to me that NCT Plumbing is truly concerned about professionally resolving your plumbing problems. Thank you NCT! Should we ever need plumbing work in the future, you will be the first that we call. Thank you for making the entire process super easy!

Brandon and his partner were amazing! They were knowledgeable, professional and explained the issues that my house was having in a way that I understood. They were efficient in their work and quick to answer any questions that I had. I would recommend these guys to anyone!! Also during this pandemic, they were respectful of social distancing and had gloves on and covers for their feet when they came into my home which I appreciated. Thank you so much for helping me!!

I can not possibly say enough things about this company. They have given me excellent service every time they have been here, they are more than prompt, quality I have received is excellent. The repairman that comes is absolutely a gentleman, polite and more than willing to explain what he needed to do in order to fix my problem. It seems as though I keep using the word "excellent" over and over again but that is the word to use to describe this company.

Communication was clear, no pressure or upselling, and you can tell they take pride in their reputation and how they treat people. It’s refreshing to work with a business built on integrity. Highly recommend.

Punctual, professional, no complaints – except for one biggie: the price (which I agreed to, of course, before the work was performed, but just didn’t want to mess with trying to call another plumber). It was just extremely expensive, I thought, for what we had done (even with a “10% discount”), so very unlikely we would use this company again.

Today was a great experience using NCT Plumbing. Showed up on time, friendly and polite and followed all of our requests. Worked quickly and did not doddle around. Gave us a full estimate of proposed work for our approval before beginning the job. Highly recommend using this company. We definitely will. Our technician was "Wes" today.
