Excellent Service showed up when it was a emergency. Was getting ready to leave on vacation for a week and issue arose at 7 am and was leaving at 11am . Showed up within 40 minutes after the call .Very knowledgeable and straight to the point on job.Never using another company again.

I lost function of my hot water during a devastating sewer backup. I called a couple of places, but Naylor's is the only place that called me back. He came out to survey the damage and said probably needed a new hot water heater. Today he came out, as scheduled, and said he didn't think I needed a water heater, just a gas valve. Saved me $1000. Excellent work, and very kind, I would recommend this place a thousand times!
They actually called me back in a short time. Showed up shortly after. The whole problem was solved in around 3 hours. Decent price. No probs. 😊
