I rarely take time to provide feedback, but this is definitely deserving. End to end was exceptional. The person who took my call for service was efficient and conveyed a sincere sense of urgency. The technician arrived promptly, was courteous and professional. Solved our issue quickly and offered and explained pros & cons of alternatively priced long term solutions. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Even though he did not repair anything he did put my mind at ease. Everything was was connected well and there was nothing that could be repaired by him that needed repaired so the problem was with my actual appliance. Since that was the case it meant I needed to call someone else entirely. He was very kind and put everything back in order that he had to pull out to check the connections. I have always liked Narrow Path Plumbing and I will continue to use them for any future problems I might have. Have a great Thanksgiving!!!

Kyle was very professional, knowledgeable, speedy, personable, and kind. He also loves Jesus! He worked with me on a price that fit my budget. He called ahead and let me know when he was on the way. He cleaned up everything and double checked to ensure all was working well after the repairs. He was polite and broke things down Barney Style so I understood the problem.
