So far so good. No leaks errors or drips. Circulation pump is working as advertised. Waiting for whole house filtration system estimate. There is no rush on the estimate.

We hired them to replaced all ductwork to gain better airflow throughout the house. They performed heat calculations for each room and designed a duct system that would give us what we wanted. No more hot and cold spots!

I was one of Brandon's last calls after a long day and he provided quick service with a smile as if it was his first call. He was very patient with my questions and additional needs that we did not know about. He worked efficiently and was in and out in an hour. Everything is working like it should.

It took a special crew to install an entire unit in a historic home that had never had cental air. Napps did a remarkable job not only with the ac/heating unit but new ventilation for the microwaves and dryer. This restoration was a challenging adventure. Napps handled every aspect of this challenge with knowledge, professionalism and perfection. I highly recommend them for any home or commercial ac/ventilation project that you need. Napps will do a great job!
