Jonathan was great at My Plumbing Heroes! We had been having issues with our water pressure and he came out essentially the next day to take a look. He was so thorough and detailed in explaining what he saw and recommending what we should do next. It wasn’t a sales pitch or trying to lock down a sale - he really took the time and it didn’t feel like we were just customers on a checklist. The scheduling and follow-up process were great as well. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

After dealing with ongoing drainage issues and a frustrating kitchen sink piping problem that another plumbing company failed to fix, I was starting to lose hope. Jonathan came in and completely turned the situation around. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He quickly diagnosed the real issue—something the previous plumber completely missed—and took the time to explain everything clearly. Within hours, he had both the drainage and piping problems fully resolved. Not only did he fix what others couldn’t, but he also left the workspace spotless and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Jonathan did an amazing job! He repaired/installed 2 brand new hose bibs, a brand new whole house pressure reducing valve, a new shower faucet/shower-head combo, as well as 2 shutoff valves in our bathroom sink. There was a slight leak on one of the new hose bibs after he left, but he came back at no charge to fix it; it turned out to be a minor adjustment on the anti-siphoning portion of the bib that came that way from the factory, which he had no control over. If there was one gripe I have, I would say it was trying to schedule him for service. But you can't really hold that against him, as it is a small family business with limited resources of which they don't have control over. However, it is worth the wait and patience to schedule his services! Jonathan is an experienced, honest, transparent plumber that lets you know clearly what work he expects to perform and the associated costs. I would use him again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend Jonathan and My Plumbing Heroes.

The name My Plumbing Heroes couldn’t be more fitting, because Jonathan truly lives up to it. There hasn’t been a single time I couldn’t rely on him—he’s consistently shown up with the kind of professionalism, knowledge, and trustworthiness that’s so rare to find. Knowing I have someone I can always count on for any plumbing issue gives me such peace of mind. I also want to highlight Amanda, his assistant and dispatcher, who is absolutely wonderful. John from My Plumbing Heroes’s is top notch! I had issues with my sump pump and he fit me into his schedule, so my basement wouldn’t flood. He was very friendly and professional to say the least. Very detailed oriented to take time to discuss what my problem was and how it needed to be fixed. I was given several options on parts and what I wanted, instead of him just ordering another pump and installing it. John took his time to clean everything properly and didn’t leave a mess. He treated the install with the wiring and placement of the equipment just like he would in his own house. I was lucky enough to find My Plumbing Heroes on other reviews given for plumbing services in the area. I will always support small businesses like his and is highly recommended!!

I recently used My Plumbing Heroes for a toilet fill valve replacement and leak inspection in the master bathroom. Technician Jonathan was excellent—professional, friendly, and arrived right in the middle of the specified time window. He was very knowledgeable, communicative throughout the process, honest, up-front about what he found, and clearly proficient at his job. Best of all, he didn't try to turn a straightforward issue into a bigger, more expensive project; he addressed the actual problem efficiently without unnecessary work (like cutting into drywall or ceilings just to chase possibilities). Jonathan and My Plumbing Heroes are top notch! We had multiple issues, the worst being our sewer line broke. Jonathan assessed the issues, came up with a plan and executed the plan with precision, excellence and care. He went the extra mile to make sure it wouldn't happen again too. And then, he went above and beyond to reinstall our toilet & repair the water line to the toilet, which was unrelated to the sewer line. My Plumbing Heroes was great to work with! Communication was excellent. The day of our service they were working on a larger priority project, ours was a non emergency/non-priority project, so I asked if they would like to reschedule. Jonathan said he could come after church on Sunday, perfect! Jonathan and his daughter were there on time. We ran into issues due to our old shower faucet and Jonathan was able to fix everything. Way more involved than we expected, be he fixed it with no problem. Jonathan and his daughter were both super friendly and tolerated out yapping miniature dachshunds. I will be using them the next time I need plumber service.

Just wanted to say how wonderful My Plumbing Hero’s was to work with. Our hot water heater went out Monday evening, and Jonathan was able to get to us by 7am the next morning and replaced our hot water heater (which was quite the job because there was quite a few things messed up from previous installation from another company) and did an awesome job! He showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, and had the new one installed and ready same day. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s so nice to find someone reliable, friendly, and honest.If you need any plumbing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call!

We had a major clogged kitchen sink. A neighbor had given me Jonathans info a couple years back. Very glad they did. George was able to fix it. He also checked our water pressure which was way too high. The valve was 22 yrs old so we had that replaced too. I did research after he left and found out it was a really good idea to have it replaced. We’ve had other plumbers here for various reasons. No one ever checked the pressure or told us we should check it yearly for pressure. Now we know. He also found a nasty looking pipe under our sink that had a very slow drip. Had that replaced too highly recommend them for the your plumbing needs.

Single handed one of THE MOST Competent plumbers I’ve ever had in my home, Jonathan knew exactly what to do, and when to do it. His level of experience goes unmatched against anyone I’ve ever dealt with. He came out after hours to fix a backed up line multiple other people dealt with previously but all had different opinions on the actual repair. He addressed it with a solution 3x faster and better than the rest. He was insanely confident in the final fix, and walked me through the process from start to finish. I will never call another company to fix a problem in my home again, EVER. Big thanks to my plumbing Heros.
