From the beginning these guys were amazing. Tim the sales guy and the workers Zach and Austin were amazing. Everyone answered questions and made sure the job was done correctly. They cleaned up very well and went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend using Prime. I hope I don’t need them again but will definitely use them again if I need plumbing
Had our plumbing maintenance check on our house, Jason Flynn did a fantastic job! We needed a new electrical rod to be put in our water heater, that was a priority, and was taken care of. Other things (a water softener system) were recommended, but Jason didn’t push us, it was noted for a future visit. Very professional, competent work. Highly recommend Jason Flynn and My Plumber Plus for your plumbing needs. Not closed on weekends, available 7 days a week, we like that! Thank you Jason Flynn & My Plumber Plus!!
Any and everything Plumbing came out and fixed my leaking kitchen faucet and two toilets that continuously ran. Anytime I use any and everything Plumbing they handle my issue in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend :)
I called My Plumber Plus to fix a slow leak in my toilet. I was charged a $49 service fee just for the plumber to come out and provide a quote. Once here, the technician quoted me $1,100 to replace the fill valve, flush valve, flapper, and the floor shut-off valve. This is absolutely predatory pricing. Those parts cost less than $70 total at any hardware store, and the labor is a 1-to-2-hour job. For $1,100, I could have purchased three brand-new, high-end toilets. It felt like they used the $49 fee to get their foot in the door, then tried to take advantage of the situation with a ridiculous estimate. I declined the service and would warn anyone else to avoid this company and save your $49. They are not looking to provide a fair repair; they are looking for a massive payday.
We bought a fabulous HVAC system and have been more than pleased. Servicemen always polite and good work. We regret the maintenance plan. Had HVAC inspection in DEc.We agreed to the suggested duct cleaning. $800 plus. While thats being done, the guy comes out with a suggested UV light for the system. Another $1500, to which we declined. then another suggestion of special filters. Beware of the non stop attempts to upsell.
