My house is built on a concrete slab. I developed water leaks in the water lines under the slab. Had to hire a water leak company to try and find the leaks, turned out to be more than one. With out going into a long story, Tim and Jerry from My Plumber LLC, was able to detect the water leaks that I paid a water company to find. After busting through the concrete and fixing one leak they had to re-rout another line to fix the other problem. These guys are extremely good at what they do. Very knowledgeable, very efficient and will offer suggestions on the best way to fix a problem. I recommend My Plumber LLC 100%.

I called My Plumber on the Saturday of Mother's Day weekend in hopes of making an appointment for Monday due to having a water leak. Since they were booked full that next week, they asked if they could come today, but we were both not home for most of the day. They told us to call when we got home. They came over at 6:00 that evening, repaired the leak, and found a bigger water problem that we were not aware of. The guys at My Plumber have always gone above and beyond, and this is another perfect example.Thank you once again! Tim is someone you can trust as your plumber. You won't regret calling him.

Tim is so helpful and knowledgeable. I am a Realtor and he is always there to offer a helping hand when my clients need something. There hasn't been a time where I waited on them. They are always prompt on their appt times, and they get back to me quickly when I reach out with questions. Tim is the best! Called him on a Tuesday evening and he gave 2 quotes just in case he got here and the pipe was worse. Both were great quotes. He came out the very next afternoon and looked at the project. He said it would be the quoted amount. Very fast and professional. Gave suggestions and tips for finishing our project. Thanks again Tim! Update- a couple days later our toilet started shaking again. Time came out that same week and took a look. Came back that next Monday and fixed free of charge. He is a really good guy!

Tim and the team did a great job. I had started a plumbing project changing out a shower tub combo and decided to call My Plumber LLC and let the pros handle it. Tim arrived and told me what was needed to finish it and gave me a great quote. He ordered the correct parts and the next day arrived and finished the project. I selected My Plumber based on top ratings from Yelp and Angies List. Was not disappointed. Called and described what I needed - severely stopped up toilet plus install of new sink faucet set. They came within 2 hours to handle the stoppage; and schedule the faucet install 2 days later. Company President Tim and his colleague did the work themselves. The work areas were cleaned up afterwards to my wife's tough standards. Great work. My Plumber will be my 'to-call' company for any plumbing need.

This company was amazing. I called them to get some help with troubleshooting my tankless water heater as we had no hot water, and it was my 3rd round of repairs. The first two was by a different company. This plumber technician named Tim not only came same day but showed up early which was great and convenient. Did the repairs, and retested. So grateful they could accommodate us same day. Hopefully, this will be the last repair. Would recommend Mr. Plumber LLC any day. Thank you much.

Tim and his team are always prompt to respond, professional, and do outstanding work. Never any questions about the quality of their work. I’ve had waterline copper work, gas line work and priced some other work and they’ve always been on top of it. They showed up on time were very professional did an outstanding job I HIGHLY recommend them Its not often that when you call for an emergency repair the price is so much less than you’d expect. I’m very happy actually couldn’t be happier several neighbors have had similar issues and they were charged twice as much as I paid for the same job

I had a small gas leak from a flex line to a new cooktop. Called My Plumber and was told I could have same day service between 2-6. I got a text about 30 min prior to arrival. Tim Haynes arrived, took care of the issue all within about 30 minutes. Very nice, professional! I would use again and definitely recommend!
