We recently had an issue with our water heater where the gas flow seemed to be surging. I called the installer, Klooz Plumbing, who diagnosed the issue after changing out several parts to the flue. Klooz called the installer of the flue vent system, My Guys Plumbing, Heating, and Air. The My Guys plumber, Greg, came out within an hour and determined that the flue piping in the attic was improperly angled. Within a couple of hours, the problem was solved. Greg did a professional job, working with the Klooz personnel to ensure our issue was fixed and cleaning up afterward. Thank you to My Guys for their prompt attention. We sincerely appreciate it! (Work was done under warranty).

I have only great things to say about Evan. He came in said his name and stated he was here to install my furnace. He went to work like a engine running. He dismantled the old and the other gentleman (don't know his name), took it away and brought in the new one. I went down to take a peek and asked a few questions and Evn answered ever question to my understanding. When he was done he cleaned up, it looked better then it did before he started. He was good professional and efficient!

Our furnace stopped working around 9pm right before the storm and they came out right away. Jerry was quick, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and had everything fixed fast. We really appreciated the great service and professionalism. We will absolutely use them again for anything we need in the future.

My Guys installed a new furnace in my home in December. It's been working well (hence, the two-star rating). However, I had a plumbing repair on my water tank done by a different company yesterday, and came home from work today to the scent of gas. Naturally, I called the other company and although the tech said he hadn't touched any gas lines, he still stopped by on his way home to check things out. He performed a bubble test on the water tank and furnace fasteners. Turns out My Guys didn't tighten the fasteners properly! I overlooked the mess they left in my basement and yard after installing the furnace, but this oversight was egregious and could have been fatal for my family! Will not use them again.

Would highly recommend my guys for any hvac or plumbing needs. I purchased a home one year ago and purchased with intent on replacing system in 2026 or 27. As luckily would have it we started having issues with a 25 year old HVAC system, and it was time to replace. Jerry and his team at my guys were one of a few companies I reached out for quotes and information to replace our system. He came out on a Saturday and went over what we needed and recommended based on our house specs. He went room by room and took measurements for accurate square footage. He was super informative and explained things very well. I have some health problems and discussed with him on allergy filtration systems. By the next week I had a working air conditioner (as we were without AC!),and due to their busy schedule they came out a few weeks later to finish up the furnace and button everything else up. I really appreciate Jerry and his team by going above and beyond to get our HVAC up and running since we were without any AC/Heat. Would highly recommend them and really appreciate the team over at my guys for our new system! Thanks!
