“I had 2 hot waters replaced within 3-1/2 years. Both hot water tanks were less than 5 years old. Cost me an arm and a leg ($2100 in labor alone) and won’t return my calls to tell me the pressure settings of the hot water tank is per my conversation with the hot water manufacturer. He is a rip off!!! He will nickel and dime you to death. I would have liked 0 stars for rating”

We were very flexible with timing as nothing was urgent, but they communicated well and prioritized accordingly. Two jobs were addressed immediately and the other two jobs were fit into their schedules when openings occurred. We were totally flexible. Each job was handled with care and they left out place in great condition …”
