Provided fair pricing and prompt service. None of our stuff was emergency, but I was satisfied all around
We’ve used My Favorite Plumber 4 times in the last two months for totally different jobs. We were very flexible with timing as nothing was urgent, but they communicated well and prioritized accordingly. Two jobs were addressed immediately and the other two jobs were fit into their schedules when openings occurred. We were totally flexible. Each job was handled with care and they left out place in great condition each time. They serviced and cleaned our mini splits, installed our dishwasher, fixed a leaking toilet, and fixed our baseboard heating system that wasn’t heating two rooms. We will definitely call them again in the future and will also recommend them to others.
Evan and his team at My Favorite Plumber did a fantastic job reviewing my entire water system at my house (from well house to faucets and showers) and help to install a new filtration system and fix pressure issues throughout my house. They also previously did a shower remodel for me, and I haven't had a single issue with it in years. My Favorite Plumber did absolutely amazing quality work for and delivered under budget (big value!) You can trust that they will be great to work with, and are always worth the call for any plumbing needs.
I had 2 hot waters replaced within 3-1/2 years. Both hot water tanks were less than 5 years old. Cost me an arm and a leg ($2100 in labor alone) and won’t return my calls to tell me the pressure settings of the hot water tank is per my conversation with the hot water manufacturer. He is a rip off!!! He will nickel and dime you to death. I would have liked 0 stars for rating
Worked with Jose from this company very polite, good communication, and up front base pricing. Had two outside faucets that had been poorly maintained by the previous owner. Jose was familiar with the housing development we are in and was able to help us assess what potential hazards there might and gave us some options on repairs. He worked through the half day politely and was able to get both faucets in working order and up to code. Checked the water pressure and usage afterwards. Gave us recommendations on annual care for them and also checked on the pressure at faucets and toilets to ensure all was well and what to be mindful of. Had this work done Spring 2022 and through the whole summer no issues with the work done. Thank you again
