We recently discovered water damage coming through our bedroom ceiling. While it wasn’t an immediate emergency, we knew we needed a proper inspection, so we called a few local plumbers for quotes. After reading the excellent reviews for Murati Plumbing, we decided to reach out — and we are so glad we did. Denis was extremely professional from the very first call and let us know he could come by for an inspection that same week. After taking a thorough look, he clearly explained what the issue was and what needed to be repaired. We suspected our PVC pipes were leaking, but we had no idea the root cause was actually a poorly done job by a handyman hired by the previous homeowners. The glue on multiple connecting joints had completely deteriorated, causing leaks in several directions. Denis immediately recognized the problem, explained exactly what each pipe was for, and walked us through how he planned to fix it. His knowledge is outstanding — and the fact that he offers a 10-year warranty is a huge testament to the confidence and quality behind his work. We were scheduled for the repair within just three days, and Denis and his team replaced the piping, connectors, and elbows in about an hour. The workmanship was excellent, and we were genuinely amazed by how efficiently everything was handled. Even more impressive, Denis noticed several problem areas in our attic roofing while he was working — areas where water had been coming in through attic vents. We would have never discovered this until it caused significant damage. His attention to detail quite literally saved us from future headaches. Having worked with multiple large plumbing corporations in the past (which shall remain unnamed), we’ve dealt with situations where several technicians came out over months without providing real answers. Denis is the complete opposite — knowledgeable, reliable, and able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and correctly. We cannot recommend Murati Plumbing highly enough. I can’t recommend Murati Plumbing enough! We had a mysterious water leak from the second floor into the first-floor ceiling, and tracking down the source was no easy task. Initially, we thought it was coming from the bathtub, which backed up to the washer and dryer, but water can be tricky, and finding the actual source took time. Denis was incredibly patient and thorough, coming back multiple times to carefully investigate until he pinpointed the exact issue. He and his team explained everything clearly, made honest repairs, and never rushed the process. Their professionalism and commitment to getting it right were truly impressive. I would highly recommend “Murati Plumbing”, Denis is amazing! Today our 10 year old 40 gallon hot water tank, went out after about over a month we had to keep igniting the pilot lite. Called the company and Denis was able to order a new replacement, with a time to be at our house at 1PM, him and a co worker Manual, had the whole job done in about 2 hours! I’m so happy with their work, cared about our home, cleaned up after themselves. I asked if I could clean up before they put the new tank in, he was so nice he cleaned it for me! What a great guy! Denis and Murati Plumbing are a top notch company. Always there for you with professional, courteous, and meticulous work. We have have used them for everything from clogged pipes to ejector pit installation and most-recently primary and backup sump pump installation. They also evaluated our overall drainage system for our house and found problems with prior installation work from when the house was built as well as issues with another company that we had used for drainage. Now we know they do this work as well and will only be using and recommending them going forward!

I had a water line coming into my house that came in through the floor about two feet from the wall. Denis Murati came and moved the pipe much, much closer to the wall. His price was under $1K, while other quotes I got were around $2K to $2.5K. He talked me through everything he was doing, he did a very professional job, he left a very clean workspace, and he was on time and friendly. I really couldn't ask for much more, and I will be using him again for some other plumbing services I need done in my home.

I recently purchased a home with significant plumbing work required. After getting 3 proposals, prices were all over the place and I had no clue who to trust. Dennis was my lifesaver. There is not much more terrifying than water problems, especially in an old home. Dennis was very professional, very fair and very honest. I had a clogged drain line that a different company put a lot of pressure on me for one and only very expensive option. But we didn’t know where as I haven’t been in this home for very long.
