MRC installed a water softener for us a few years ago and we were very pleased with that experience so we used them again to flush our water heater. Cameron and Will showed up on time, got straight to work, worked efficiently, got the job done promptly, cleaned up before they left - all-in-all another great experience! Would definitely use them again.

Personal Experience and Opinion: If there was the option to give 0 stars, I would have done that. We had water coming down to the attic from one of the plumbing vent pipes. MRC plumbing came to our house, and we were told that the leak was in the roof boot itself. We replaced the caulking in the boot itself and even added additional peal-and-seal tape around it. However, on rainy days, I could see with my own eyes (even though I am not a plumber) that one of the pipe joints was problematic. We called MRC plumbing again and mentioned to them that the leak may be from the pipe joint. However, we were told one more time that the issue is the roof boot. Finally, we had a different plumber coming out today and was able to diagnose that the issue was the pipe joint, not the roof boot. The attached picture shows part of the pipe that was taken out and the fact that it was not even sealed properly, hence the water leak.

Technician Cameron and the team at MRC Plumbing & Heating are the best — competence, knowledge, agency — they are the only company I call for my plumbing and heating needs. They’ve saved me many times!
