Once again Mr Twister came through! I woke up to a busted water heater 6:00am. Called Mr Twister and by noon had a new water heater installed. Dan & Luke were very professional and communicated throughout . They moved so fast I didn’t realize the old water heater was gone and the new one installed. Thanks Mr. Twister

Mark saved the day when my shower diverter valve stuck two days before a big visit from family. He came out quickly when nobody else would, tried to fix it, then scheduled a 2-hour later return visit to replace it. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful and didn't make fun of my attempt at self-repair. My best plumbing experience yet.

We had a clogged sink last night. We made an appt online, gave me the name of the tech and said they would be out between 6:30PM -10:30PM. My wife and I stayed home and stayed up and not only did no one evert show up but not even a phone call. I will never call this company again!!!

the guys do great work. try to get a paper invoice from them it's impossible. I requested one numerous time and never received one. I have no access to a computer or printer and even explained it to them they said in the last email one would be mailed to me. I'M STILL WAITING!!!

I had a complete blockage in my main sewer line. I called Mr.Twister, I was very surprised that they would have someone out to my house in two hours. Now my basement was finished and the contractor had hid the trap in the finished wall, they had to find it, gave me the option of opening the wall up, saved me money. The plumber came back first thing the next morning, they cleared the problem in 20 minutes. What sold me on Mr.Twister, was thier speedy response, the plumber explained everything to me, he was professional and friendly, they made sure that the site was cleaned up. I was not overcharged, I felt that the bill was fair, they were at my house twice, they snaked the entire length of my sewer line, used the camera in the line, replaced the old clean out trap lid, double checked all of my drains, my bill was less than $500. I would highly recommend Mr.Twister.

It was a terrific experience from the first encounter with Carla she has Great customer service!! I had an emergency the night of 4/22/2026. Luke was my tech. He came out looked over what needed to be done and explained everything in detail. He told me that he would email an estimate which I received quickly I accepted and Luke was here on 4/23/2026. Luke was an Awesome tech and Super Nice Guy. He went above and beyond The other tech with Luke (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) was also an Awsome tech and a Super Nice Guy. Luke and the other guy were very professional and both know their job well!! Everyone I encountered with Mr. Twister Plumbing are Great people and Great assets to Mr. Twister Plumbing!!! If needed I will use Mr. Twister Plumbing in the future and certainly recommend Mr. Twister Plumbing to every one!

We bought a house and within a week were having plumbing problems. We called another service, who snaked our pipe and found that roots had infiltrated our main pipe. To clear them out, they quoted us over 5x the price we ended up paying with Mr. Twister. Mr. Twister was available with short notice. They were late to the service, but provided an additional discount for the inconvenience (which made up for this in my opinion). Both people who provided the service were friendly and walked us through what they had done by using a camera, which was included in the price. I will definitely be using them again.

We called here because we are currently having a clogged drain issue with one of our rental properties and Mr. Twister had such good ratings. Well, when we called it went to voicemail and then said the voicemail was full and we couldn't leave a message. We found this very unprofessional. I mean, how many voicemails do you have to have for it to be full??...and we called during normal business hours the middle of the week. We had to call another plumber since there was no way to get in contact with this company. So I can't comment on the actual service, but the communication seems terrible.

This was our first time calling and from the get go Mr. Twister was so professional , easy to get an appointment with and we can’t say enough about our technician Mark. He was prompt, looked at the problem and he mentioned if we had the insurance on our outgoing water line it would most likely be coved and we had it! He unclogged our drain quickly and was done in a flash. No bill!! Thank you Mark, you were a pleasure to work with, you fixed our problem and we will definitely call Mr. Twister the next time we need any plumbing services.

Mr. Twister has been handling various jobs at my property over the past year, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They and their team are consistently professional, clear in their communication, and always show up on time. Their pricing is fair, and most importantly, they’re extremely trustworthy — which is rare to find. Every project has been completed with care and attention to detail. It’s a huge relief knowing I can rely on Mr. Twister. Highly recommended.

Plumber luke was polite and careful. Snake opened the drain line out, luke offered chain knock to insure a cleaner line for best results. I approved, the chain knock only went a quarter of the way than the snake. I feel I should not have been charged anything for that process because it was unable to perform the job it was recommended to due. I do hope Mr Twister takes this into consideration.

Pipe replacement in the yard. Left mounds of dirt in the yard. Never tamp down. Which is an industry standard according to other contracters. Promised things just to get the job. Bought water for workers in the heat. Bent over backwards to accommodate. Manager sent a list that they are not responsible. Basically said screw you. Damaged neighbors fence and pool.

I had an emergency and called Mr. Twister based on the great Yelp reviews. The woman I spoke with on the phone was SUPER helpful, both with problem solving how to stop the water gushing into my basement , and calming me down. In the end, we did not need their services, but I appreciated the professionalism and help I received. I would use them in the future.
