Tim, our technician was fast to respond to our emergency plumbing needs on a Saturday. He was pleasant, clean, and did an exceptional job. Took good care of us and even went through a double check to make sure things were running smoothly before leaving. 5 stars for Tim and Mr Rooter.

Mr. Arthur Owens We very professional and polite. He was very detail of what he needed to do to fix my shower ( the stem was stuck/breaking inside the bathroom wall) he worked in a timely manner. He actually came earlier than scheduled. Allow me to see the estimate before starting. I appreciate the service.

Our water heater bit the dust and we planned to change it ourselves until we discovered our ball valve was also shot. Arthur Owens was our plumber and he was fantastic. He helped explain the process completely, let me know the order of procedure he was going to take, and worked to give us a fair price. He did the job correctly and well, and he was a great source of knowledge and expertise. He even stuck around to double check everything since our water had been off for a day. He’s an old school, respectful, knowledgeable technician and we’d love to use him in the future. We were given such great service that I called off the other quotes I had for the day.

I would recommend this company to anyone. I had a major plumbing issue with our pipes for our sewer and water line which was causing back up in our bathrooms. I called on a holiday and someone picked up the phone and was very helpful and pleasant. The woman stated that a plumber would come between 11:am and 2:00pm. Our technician Tim Hartley came early after 12pm. He was able to clear out our pipes under ground and show me and my husband the issue that was causing the problem under ground with his camera. He did the job quickly and efficiently. He explained the issue thoroughly to us. I would recommend him as a technician. Tim did a great job.

Outdoor water leak. Pipe needed repair. Called Mr. Rooter and they had a skilled, knowledgeable and courteous plumber on my doorstep within 90 mins. Tim fixed the problem immediately. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter based on this experience.
