The dispatcher was quite helpful and interactive in ensuring I was aware of the arrival time for my service call. Once at my house, the technicians were considerate and mindful of respecting my home, all the while providing a successful resolution to a very difficult plumbing problem. After obtaining photographs and a plan, they met with my husband, too, providing us with a well-thought out repair plan including a detailed estimate. While no one wants to need such services, we are both relieved to know Mr Rooter is available and will certainly be our go-to company for such assistance!

Bradley was polite, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and kept us informed throughout the service. He arrived promptly and was here within 2 hours of the initial call for service even on a Saturday. He cleaned a clogged sewer pipe with a serious blockage and tested everything thoroughly after the service to ensure that we are good to go.

Mr. Rooter quickly responded to my plumbing issue. I enjoy all of the methods of communication that I receive from them when using them for service (email, text and phone). Brian H. and Taylor F. quickly diagnosed my issue and was able to provide service same day. Brian then recommended me to Adem R. and Perrin F. for a pine lining quote. I was able to schedule everything within a week of them coming out to avoid a bursted pipe. All technicians are pleasant to work with. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

Had my sewer line replaced from the house to the city sewer pipe. This company knows what they are doing. They took pictures throughout the process to show me what was done. They attached a wire to the new line for easy tracking for any future repairs to the property. They made sure that the pipe was set at the proper grade by using a level throughout the installation. They replaced an exposed section of the water line at no cost.

Had an unexpected issue and contacted this company. Was able to get a very nice young man to come out after hours, same day on the weekend. Worked in the cold and snow, but made sure all was good before he left and made sure to let us know, they would be back out to follow-up and make sure everything was good, depending on the weather conditions. Second time using this company, will definately call again, if needed..... OUTSTANDING
