This was my first time using Mr. Rooter company for plumbing services. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from two of their technicians. Chris and Omer were outstanding. They arrived promptly, were professional and courteous and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. What stood out most was that they took the time to thoroughly address the problem and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Their knowledge, efficiency and dedication to excellent customer service gave me great confidence in the company. As a first-time customer, I truly appreciated the positive experience and would not hesitate to use Mr. Rooter again in the future. Thank you Chris and Omer, for your outstanding service!

Great experience today with the team from Mr Rooter. Everyone was very professional. My team was Jon for the initial quote and sale. Then same day service with techs Tim and Graham. Tim and Graham made the experience very enjoyable. The final product was above my expectations. Graham took his time and was very precise with every connection. Much appreciated.

We called Mr. Rooter after reading all the positive reviews on here and Technician Roni definitely did not disappoint! We needed our water heater looked at, because we weren’t getting good hot water. He quickly saw issues that were under warranty since the unit was installed by Benjamin Franklin (who we haven’t been pleased with) in 2023. We appreciated Roni’s honesty and knowledge to quickly address the issues. We would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and We will continue to use them too!

I called Mr Rooter to help us with a bathroom toilet problem. The company answered the phone the first time I called and James and Michael arrived within a few hours.Not only were they on time they were very polite and informative and negotiated a very fair price w/ me. The work was completed quickly. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues. I would highly recommend their services to anyone having plumbing issues.
