We had a backup and the sewage was coming out of the clean out in the front yard, we called Mr. Rooter and they came within the hour. Adrian used 2 of his machines and showed me the roots growing in the pipe which were causing the backup. He gave us options and we have gone ahead and booked the appointment for a city clean out. He explained everything and took his time to clear the roots. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter, Adrian was great!
Adrian and Manuel were amazing to work with. Super fast and efficient. Came out same day for an estimate. They worked with my crazy schedule and were accommodating as I added more to their plate. Jesenia in the office was a pleasure as well. Highly recommend!!
Fantastic service. They replaced a water main and were so knowledgeable and professional.
Adrian was great. We had a blockage in the main line that was causing our sinks to back up, and he came out and cleared it quickly. Super friendly, explained what was going on, and got everything draining normally again. Really appreciate the help!
