I had two new toilets installed by Gary and Joe. They were the nicest, friendliest and efficient guys I have ever dealt with. They did a clean job which is always appreciated. Removing the toilets was a little messy and the made sure that everything was cleaned up. Mr. Rooter double checked the day before about what I wanted, let me know when the toilets would be delivered and when Gary and Joe would arrive, with the exception that the toilets came at 7:30 instead of 8:00, better early than late. The delivery guys left and Gary and Joe were there within 10 minutes. It went so smoothly I’m still amazed. Thank you Gary and Joe and the rest of Mr Rooter associates for all your help.

We will only use Mr. Rooter! This was the first time we've needed plumbing services and we called around for quotes. Augie was very personable on the phone, explained what could be the problem and how he would resolve and provided price quotes too. By far the best price and sent someone out within 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

After talking and working with a few people over a couple weeks, we called Augie at Mr. Rooter. He spent time on the phone with us (on a Sunday) and came out to our house on 2 separate occasions (one time during a snow storm). Augie and his crew were extremely professional, kind, and efficient. He assessed the situation and did what needed to be done to get our water back. It was a tricky situation but they handled it!!! Honestly, after 16 days of no water, I call him our hero. We are new to Connecticut and are happy to have found Augie/Mr. Rooter. He was easy to communicate with, answered all our questions, and gave us a fair price. We had him hook us up to the town sewer and crush our septic tank. His crew was professional and they got the work done in 1 1/2 days. We thought we would have been left with a mess in our yard but even our neighbors mentioned how nicely they cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend!
