Easy to contact and reserve on their schedule, came out next morning on time and gave us a quote up front, they stuck to the quoted cost and took care replacing a water heater that was installed in a hard to reach space. Nice work.
Mr. Rooter was able to have a technician, Flannery, at our house in about 18 hours with no upcharge for "urgency." Flannery was absolutely professional and good natured, he inspected our plumbing, found an outside access, quickly cleared the blockage and verified we were draining to the sewer, and we were on our way!
Flannery was my plumber and he arrived on time and was very personable. He identified the problem immediately and handled the situation quickly. The appointment was easy to schedule, too. Great customer service.
Very happy with Mr. Rooter. They sent someone to fix my problem the same day I called, which was unexpected service. The plumber fixed it and gave me good advice on how to avoid the same again. He was friendly, courteous and efficient.
