My technician Carl was so kind and patient. My plumbing issue ended up being nothing so really we wasted his time but he was very thorough in checking everything out until he found why our pipes were making the noise they were. This will be the ONLY plumbers I call. 100% recommend.
I had a really great experience. He was very upfront about pricing from the beginning and even helped me get the most affordable option, which I really appreciated. He explained everything clearly as he went, so I always knew what was going on and didn’t feel left in the dark. On top of that, he offered to do a free plumbing inspection, which was a huge bonus. Overall, very professional, honest, and helpful — I would definitely recommend!
Adam did an fantastic job replacing my well pressure tank. He was extremely professional and informative. I cant say enough good things about how great of a job he did, especially on such short notice. Thanks
It started out as 700 bucks. Then the person Carl, who came out kept pressuring me to make a decision about doing some work that was going to cost 4200 he told me. I told him we don't do that, we discuss things first. Then my husband comes home and it ends up being 11 grand instead! Then they came out, dug up stuff, did something then said it's a temporary fix but at least everything was working. Next day, water all over my house due to water softener not being able to regenerate because something was clogged. Was working fine BEFORE they came out. Then did laundry and another flood. Then yesterday I was very sick and let them know not to send anyone to check out the one drain that was not clogged but now is. Then Carl gets hold of my husband to say I wasn't answering the phone. My husband told him I was sick and he said his company did not inform him. I was angry and now I've put everything on hold because Carl said after we pay the 11 grand it may not work and it would be 50 Grand!!! 50 grand??? I'm looking for a new company who is honest and not trying to scam us. Your company did NOT do right by us at all. I'll be looking into this more, believe me. They take advantage of people really in need of services... we've already paid 7 grand to these people and the system is worse than it was. Thanks for nothing. After all that with Carl, the "manager" came out and said he would fix it and apologized for the treatment I received. And YET, He also tried bullying me. Only he wanted to bully me to take down my post!!! No sir. You all screwed us over good and I refuse to remove it. He asked me like 10 times and I said no. Things went from bad to weirder. NO, they did NOT fix the problem, they were very rude and condescending and all they were concerned about was my bad review and what it could do to their business. Sooooo, my review went from 1 star to no stars. Would very much not recommend. Rude people and really didn't seem they know lots of what they are doing.
The guys here are awesome, but very busy (especially during winter months). Sam was polite, helpful, explained everything and made sure the job was to my satisfaction. My only concern is price. I needed a new water softener since my old one was just dead. The model I received was Watco: 2PE100MCONT. According to Lee's website (where they purchased the unit), that system costs $1537 retail, but the price on the site today is $729.57. The total charged by Mr. Rooter today was $2070 (and that was discounted from ~$2300 since I have a service contract). That would mean either they paid full retail for the unit or they charged $1200 for labor (the invoice doesn't break down the cost between parts and labor). Let me be clear: the work is spectacular and Sam is a great tech. And I needed a new softener since, unbeknownst to me, it hadn't been working since I bought the house in mid 2024 (I'm a single person who knows next to nothing about plumbing). I'm not upset, but the price is raising eyebrows. Either Mr. Rooter is being charged full price or I am. 10 year warranty though, and the work is already done. So, too late now (lol).
