Have used Mr Rooter previously to do a complex job involving sump pumps. They were fantastic then and that continued today when Mike showed up to help resolve a clogged kitchen drain. Called in the morning and Mike came in the afternoon….that in itself is a real credit to the company and its customer service values. Customer service is a lost art….Mr Rooter gets it and understands the need for urgency and not a response of “we can come out in 2 weeks!” Mike was exceptional! Very pleasant and respectful! He clearly knew what he was doing….diagnosed the issue quickly and addressed the problem promptly. Extraordinary young man! Kudos to Mr Rooter for hiring such a talented fine young man.
