I had an emergency sewage line issue at my complex, and the tech was great about it. Very quick response time, was understanding friendly, and easy to work with. His communication was on point, and was quite knowledgeable about the situation. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I needed a new hot water heater immediately. They showed the next day. Gave me hot water before an important trip. Installed the day after I returned.

The Rooter team that helped me unclog and then replace my sewer pipe were amazing. Luke and the others he had come help him were professional and finished the job in 1 day instead of the two they originally told me. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks!!!

I paid three thousand and problem is still not fixed sink still fills up with water water shoots up outside when I called they wanted to charge me more for something they didn’t fix a waste of money terrible service do not use them a waste of money!

I cannot recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing. I was in shock when they finally gave me a price of the ‘customer supplied tankless hot water heater install” that was $2233 which was $600 more than competitor quotes. They were not transparent with pricing up front which would have helped in making my decision to chose a different installer. They also mislead me by stating I could save by helping out and supplying my own materials; which I did and they didn’t take anything off of the base price; so essentially I wasted my day helping, and supervising when I could have been away being productive elsewhere. I even mailed back the original water heater I bought for $120 shipping; just to buy another brand costing $500 more because the plumber and his boss said it’d be easier to install. Received no thanks for that and no upfront direction to save shipping costs. The work was fine but they aren’t the only plumbers capable of doing the install and there wasn’t any extra value worth the price. My advice is get quite up front and ask about additional costs and use independent local contractors whenever you can which are easier to communicate with and meet individual needs.

Our water main to the street had ruptured and, unbeknownst to us, had filled our crawlspace with water. We already had been without water for a day and a half, because of a larger water main break in our neighborhood, when we learned of our own break late on a Friday afternoon. Mr. Rooter called me back Friday evening and was able to send someone out first thing Saturday to evaluate. They pinpointed the problem and were honest about options. They set up service for Monday, arrived on time and completed the job in less time than the original estimate. In addition, it involved digging a trench across my yard, and midway through I panicked because I did not remember to ask them not to bust up the sidewalk, move items, ruin the flower bed, etc. ... only to find, happily, that they had avoided all those things without me even saying anything. I was initially hesitant to call a "national franchise," but these guys did a great job, communication was timely, they clearly knew what they were doing, and I felt like the price was fair. Definitely would use again. I was reminded to write a review when I noticed their truck in my neighbor's driveway this morning.

I came home around 8:00 pm to water all in my garage from my hot water heater leaking. I immediately started looking for an after-hours plumber which is harder than you think. Called and spoke to Randy (the manager) at Mr. Rooter and although he didn’t have a technician available that night, he walked me through what to do to stop the leak for the night. He had me send pics/video of what was happening and was immediately able to tell me the problem. He called 2 or 3 more times to help me through the problem then the next day sent a technician to fix it. The tech fixed it and when I got home from work Randy contacted me again to make sure it was all working properly. Now that’s customer service! I’ve had several water issues recently and that was the smoothest and quickest repair by far! Will do business with them again and will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

My tech was a guy named Luke and he was right on time for the scheduled appointment. We had two other plumbing companies come out before Mr Rooter and they said nothing could be done and they never bothered to look as we have a 59 year old house with galvanized pipes. Luke walked in and explained everything in detail what he could and couldn’t do and educated on the rights and wrongs to do with these old pipes. He didn’t guarantee it up front but he wound give it his best effort….and boom Mr Luke fixed it in a timely manner and was enthusiastic about making the homeowner happy with his effort. In the future I will look for and use this particular technician. A true technician! Thank you Luke and Mr Rooter we wish this company much success. FANTASTIC!

Had Aaron come out yesterday to check to see why I didn’t have any water in the house. He was very fast and accurate in determining the cause, which was a blocked service line between my meter and my foundation wall to my home. He told me he would be back today w/ his co-worker Jacob & they’ll bring a digger to place a whole new service line. Both Aaron & Jacob worked hard and got my problem resolved quickly. Within a couple hours of having the ditch dug out and the new line placed and hooked up, I had water. Huge relief!!! Thank You Jacob & Aaron and Mr. Rooter plumbing.

Had a leak in wall behind the shower insert where water was diverted up to shower head. Contact Mr Rooter who timely made appointment and showed up on time. I was thinking a rep coming to assess job & provide quote. Impressed 2 guys showed up, gave reasonable quote, and there to do the job. Did experience a few challenges get enclosed wall to slide out ( excessive caulking & trim) but overcome that. Quickly found the leak & repaired it, only to find pipe broken in another spot, harder to access. They got it fixed & did a good job cleaning up the mess. Will use again.

Robert and Chris came out and we’re very nice and professional 🙂 they didn’t hesitate to crawl in my small under the house crawl space to the opposite end of the house and replace my moms pipe in about an hour .. i asked them for an estimate for the rest of what may need replaced in the future and David was there within 30 minutes of being asked. It’s so nice to have a company actually do what they say , when they promised 🙂.. definitely recommend and will use them again 👏👏👏

I discovered a leak in the water line from the street to my house. They had someone at my house within two hours to assess the situation and scheduled the repair. They scheduled Onecall to mark underground utilities. They arrived on time and replaced the entire line in less than one day. I discovered the leak on a Saturday and the repair was completed on the following Tuesday. They were polite and knowledgeable.

Came within an hour of our call for help! Both of the workers were Very professional, personable and efficient. Finished the job in less than an hour. Found a couple of plugs in the drain line 20-30 feet away from sink. 3 days later the kitchen sink drain is working better than it has in months. Will definitely use them in the future if we have any other drain problems.

Luke was extremely professional and efficient. I really appreciated his advice and ability to diagnose the problem! Moreover he was eager to fix the problems and knew what he was doing! I’ve used other plumbing companies before that just didn’t seem interested in finding or fixing the problem. The next time I have a plumbing problem, I’ll definitely call Mr. Rooter!

My toilet broke during the night and I had to shut the water off to my house. I called Mr. Rooter first thing in the morning, and by noon I had a new toilet installed and my water turned back on before 9:30. I love the professionalism of their staff, and will only use this company in the future. Both times I have used them, I have been extremely satisfied!
