We recently had our main water line into our home burst, and it was a stressful situation to say the least. Kelvin, Braeden, and their crew were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They quickly got the yard dug up, located the issue, and not only repaired it but rerouted the plumbing to help prevent future problems. Throughout the entire process, they were courteous, professional, and completely transparent. They took the time to clearly explain what had happened, what needed to be done, and why — which made it easy and comfortable for me to move forward with the work. There were no surprises, just honest, quality service. It’s not often you find contractors who combine skill, integrity, and great customer service, but Kelvin and Braeden truly do. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. Outstanding experience all around.

Called Mr Rooter Plumbing and they s heded a window of three hours . They were able to get someone out to our house a two hours later and before the scheduled window. Kitchen sink was clogged shut and Chad was able to run his machine twice to unplug the line . He then took the time to check the main sewer line to see if there was any other issues . Chad was fantastic at explaining what he was doing and gave us options if our pipe needs to be replaced in the future.. Great customer service and highly recommend Chad from Mr Rooter!!

Very prompt arrival. Very polite and introduced himself very professionally. Mr. Jake Wilson took care of my request this morning. He was very thorough and went beyond to check all the sinks in my home. His expertise and service was very much appreciated. Kelvin came out for a potential clog in my sewer line. Ended up clearing itself most likely but he was super professional and courteous the whole time. Highly recommend calling roto rooter if you ever need some quick service. Appreciate you kelvin!

Kelvin was awesome! He was extremely polite, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly fixed our water pressure issue, clearly explained what he had done, and was on his way. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommend!
