We had an issue with our pipes backing up on a Sunday, and Dallas from Mr. Rooter came out quickly to help us. He was able to find and clear the clog fast and efficiently, which was such a relief. Dallas was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We are so appreciative of his prompt service and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable plumber!

This is the first time I've used Mr.Rooter. From the first conversation on the phone with them until my technician Josh Powell left my home. They were all quick and efficient in the whole process. Our water heater’s pilot light went out (a Rheem which decided not to relight being 5 months out of warranty). They sent Josh right out promptly to get me a quote and assess what they could do for me. He was very knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. I really appreciate the work Josh did and the quick response time from Mr.Rooter to get him out here as soon as possible to put my mind at ease. I will definitely be recommending this company and Josh to anyone I know that needs plumbing repairs done. Also, other companies I contacted prior charged insane dispatch fees ($150+) just to come out! Mr. Rooter has my total endorsement

My service tech, Dallas, just left -- less than an hour after I called to report a broken waterline that feeds to the outside faucet! I cannot say enough for this service experience, or Mr. Rooter Plumbing. They came through quickly, did a great job (it's not leaking anymore!) and the bill was modest. Excellent experience -- they earned five stars and more, if I could. Addendum: About a week after Dallas fixed the first leak, a second one occurred, and Dallas returned. This time, he had to go under the house and spent a total of about two hours here, and yet the bill was still modest, and only a couple of dollars off the first one. Even though the second leak was not a reflection of his initial work, Dallas even offered one solution at no cost to me. I opted for a different solution, and he did great work, again. Fast, professional and reasonable all describe Dallas and Mr. Rooter.

Monday was the absolute Mondayist of Monday's. While awaiting a window repair man for a baseball that was hit through our window we got an unexpected visitor. (We have 4 boys and this was on their warming label when received so no surprise) Greenville water stopped by to shut off our water from extreme use asking if we knew we had a leak. No, we did not. He went above his job and tried to located the hidden but massive leak to no avail. He did shut off the water to the house to stop the mystery leak. We called several plumbers and made appointments for the following day which for a house of 6 seemed like a ridiculously long time without water. (The toilets... that's all I say). Enter Mr. Rooter who said they could have someone there in 30 minutes. The technician was quick and gave us our options within 15 minutes of arriving. There was no obvious leak but the crawl space under the house was dry. We had 2 options; get a leak detector out and locate the leak then he'll fix it OR he could dig up the line starting from the meter and work his way up. We went with option 2. They got the leak detector guy out shortly there after and unfortunately it took him a little longer to find the leak which was 3 feet below the meter so it wouldn't be repaired until the following morning. Tuesday the original technician showed up bright and early and repaired the leak quickly. $1000 later our mystery leak, that could have been much worse than it was, was fixed. HIGHLY recommend these guys as they were very friendly, extremely fast, and very helpful.

Once again Mr.Rooter is where it’s at. The technician was super knowledgeable, friendly, obviously highly trained and skilled at his job. These guys really know what they’re doing and always go the extra mile. Could not recommend them enough ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Josh was absolutely amazing. He did everything he could to get us back up and running as soon as possible. He worked in the rain and was still so professional and friendly. He explained everything, answered all my questions and gave me back peace of mind. This is the second or third time we’ve had Mr. Rooter out to a 65 year old house and they have always been able to remedy the situation. Can’t say enough great things about Mr. Rooter and Josh. My roommate and I experienced a busted water pipe following the two rounds of winter weather received by the Upstate. We discovered the leak on Sunday and Mr. Rooter was able to send their amazing technician, Matt, the very next morning. Matt was incredibly attentive, kind, focused and knowledgeable throughout the entire repair process. After discovering the issue, Matt was able to fully reorganize the piping system, provide a better-insulated pipe, and provide more insulation surrounding the pipe all within the day. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter, and specifically Matt, to assist you with all your plumbing needs paired with exceptional customer service.

I want to say thank you to Mr.Rooter and our technician Alex. I called to have an issue with water pressure and a leak diagnosed and the next day we had Alex at our house. Within a matter of a few minutes he had diagnosed the issue and had multiple repair options available depending on my budget and amount I wanted corrected. Alex listened to my concerns and addressed all our issues in a timely manner and professionally. We uhaved used Mr.Rooter multiple times over the years and will continue in the future when a plumping issue or install is needed. Thank you Alex and Mr. Rooter.

After a burst pipe caused by the snowstorm, Mr. Rooter responded quickly and helped restore our water right away. Dallas was fantastic. He clearly explained the problems, answered all of our questions, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He even detected additional issues we weren’t aware of and was able to fix everything the same day. We have been using Mr. Rooter for years, and they are always timely, professional, and helpful. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing everything was properly taken care of. Highly recommend!

I discovered a busted water line late in the day around 3pm, I called Mr. Rooter and they had the technician on the way before I got off the phone. When Alex M arrived, he immediately went to work to find the issue. He was very communicative through the entire process and explained what was needed to rectify the issue. The work proved to be more problematic than originally thought but Alex explained everything to me. By the end of the repair, I was happy with his work appreciated his clarity. I will be back if the need arises.

Had a water emergency late at night where my shower faucet broke - allowing water to pour everywhere ( can’t wait for this water bill) and I called my normal plumber and different plumbers. Was told “sorry we can’t help till tomorrow “ We then called Mr.Rooter of Greenville— they dispatched Jason to help stop the leak and then Alex came the next day to fix it. In a matter of 1.5 hrs - Alex fixed the issue. THANK YOU JASON AND ALEX! We will use Mr Rooter from now on, the other plumber is fired!

I was awakened at 4:30 in the morning this week with severe water hammering sounds. When I went outside , I had a river running through the yard due to a main line break. I called Ronnie with Mr. Rooter and he answered the phone and told me to call SJWD to turn off the water and he would get a tech out to the house at first day. It was so refreshing to have help in the middle of the night. Mr. Rooter has my business now and forever! You need more fantastic techs like Ronnie!

I had been putting off putting a utility sink in our garage because it seemed like a ton of work and would be too expensive. I reached out to Mr. Rooter Plumbing and Ronnie was able to come out the same day. Two days later I'm incredibly happy to have a utility sink where I can wash out the shop vac without having to use the spare bathroom shower. Ick! Ronnie was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job (and for less than I expected). Thank you so much!

Sean B. was the technician that responded to my home. He was very polite and quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with our toilet. After some friendly chat discovered we are both veterans and exchanged experiences and had some laughs. What I really appreciate was he responded 45 minutes after I called for service when the estimated ETA was an hour. I 1000% recommend Mr. Rooter for plumbing services.
