These two guys were wonderful. They saved the day they came in and got the job done less than an hour very professional very knowledgeable.

Daniel came to my home about 3 weeks ago to review a leaking bath faucet. I had to order a new replacement faucet from Kohler. As soon as the new faucet arrived I rescheduled Daniel for the installation. He arrived within the service call window. The install was under a small bath cabinet and was a very tight space to work in. Daniel ran into some install complications but worked through them. He did a great job and had a great attittude.
This review is coming from a mom of a family of 6. We needed a hot water heater replaced in our home and we were hoping as quickly as possible. As you can imagine there are frequent showers and laundry loads and dishwasher cycles in our home. We were referred to Mr. Rooter Plumbing of DuPage by a family member and are so thankful we took their recommendation. Miguel at the office responded to our need immediately and courteously and was able to send Dustin and Jonathan over to assess the situation. We received an appointment confirmation email with a time window of when we could expect them, and they also called on their way to confirm they were coming. When they arrived, they were very professional in appearance and in how they conducted themselves. They immediately put shoe coverings on and gave me an assessment within minutes. He was able to explain to me the process of what they would be doing and how long everything would take. They were able to get the new water heater installed in a very short turnaround time! I felt like my home was in very knowledgeable and trustworthy hands. It was very apparent that Dustin has a very high level of professionalism but also that he seems to really care about the homes he works in. I would highly recommend Dustin and Mr. Rooter Plumbing of DuPage and will call them if ever needed in the future. Plumbing issues can feel so stressful but having a trustworthy and reputable resource makes these situations so much less painful!
