Greg was amazing and thorough in figuring out what was wrong! Explained everything and even warned me about adjusting the faucet by 45 degrees to avoid hitting my hand every time I turn it on. Highly recommend!!

Love the holidays repairs, 2 days after Christmas I had a family member hear a pop in my main water/sewage outage line. Luckily rooter router was able to come out the same day for the damage. Jose was able to order all the parts needed and setup a time on monday. He was able to fix a major pipe in less than two hours very professional with no leaks. I am satisfied and will definitely being using them again for any further plumbing needs!

Jose thank you for your hard working but I am not happy about the result. No change& still has same problem even after sectional roding. Keep asking payment without any result with threatening of lien my house. Be careful with this company .

We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter! Technician Kaiden was professional, thoughtful, honest, friendly, thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing! Several days ago, he very carefully inspected the issue, explained everything clearly. Today he came over and fixed our kitchen drain problem quickly and efficiently.After weeks of worrying about old pipes and possible major repairs, it was such a relief, even rescue to finally have everything flowing normally again. I also want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Cathy and Ms. Emily at the call center. Both of them were incredibly kind, patient , and helpful throughout the whole process.Good customer service makes such a difference when you're already stress about a home repair! Thank you all! You guys truly made us feel taken care of. Professional service, honest communication and genuinely pleasant people from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!

At first I was frustrated with the first visit, I ended up wanting to cancel my revisit by the same tech for reasons i dont want to bother getting into detail about. Spoke with the owner, per his request after hearing my complaints. We ended up having a nice chat and actually having alot in common, time flew and realized we were talking for an hour. Mr. Rooter met my request to have a more "senior tech" with some more "professionalism" to come to the house instead. James and Christian arrived, greeted me professionally, hustled, got the job done faster than I expected to be possible, showed me on camera the evidence of what I needed to know, absolutely thorough! Job well done, I can take a shower now finally just in time for NYE! I definitely have a new level of respect for this place, especially since they wanted to correct the initial visit and restore faith in their business. 10/10

My sump pump needed to be replaced. The contractor was very friendly. Although he did not use any shoe covers. I'm just glad that the job was completed. I decided to take them up on their offer for the task since they had the lowest bid for the job. However, I was a bit concerned, when halfway through the job - I had to point out a few "how to" tips for the kid that they sent. I even had to do a small electrical work myself - I had to splice a set of wiring that the kid had cut. I also pointed out how he can save space to fit 3 pumps in a well. The kid was in a rush towards the end of the job - Had to clean up afterwards, tidy up and clear "all" the mess he left. Other than that, basically I was not completely satisfied with the work - maybe about 90%.

I explained to Mr. rotor what was going on with my plumbing they assigned James to the job. He Inspected the line when he got here and said it was plugged he asked me to come and look, and I seen that it was plugged. We then worked out a price for the routing and he hit pay dirt. He pulled out a lot of roots. They were plugging the line, causing my plumbing issues. It’s frying clear now and he also had told me that he will have a complementary camera inspection that the office will call me on to see what the problem could be if it could be a future problem or something else. He did a great job and very pleasant to talk to you. Thank you, James

This week, I had Mr. Rooter come out twice: 1. To take apart my kitchen plumbing 2. Later on in the week, to put it back together, because in between, I had to install new cabinets and get a temporary kitchen sink out, all in the span of a week This was another excellent call with Greg, my plumber, who came in both times, treated everything very professionally, kept everything on pace, and explained everything as he went through the stellar repair job, working with my new cabinets in place. I am the proud owner of a brand new kitchen with excellent plumbing, thanks again to Mr. Rooter.

I received excellent scheduling and service from Greg today. My toilet wasn’t flushing since this morning, and it is the only one I have… ..consequently, I needed quick service. Greg was able to come out within 90 minutes, late this afternoon . He assessed the situation, gave a fair price ( which my landlord approved)—- picked up the new toilet and installed it by two hours later, this evening. There was no additional charge for the rush turnaround. Could not ask for better service! Highly recommend!

Greg came and did a fantastic job from start to finish. I needed multiple things done including fixing the faucet in my tub so it stopped leaking, replacing a toilet, and declogging a sink. It took a lot longer than expected and he handled it all with such professionalism. I can't thank him enough or say enough nice things about him. Please use Mr Rooter Plumbing for all your plumbing needs and ask for Greg. You will not be disappointed!

Our main line began backing up. I called around and Mr Rooter was the only one to answer. I cannot remember the woman's name that took the call but she was professional and so kind. She was able to get someone out within the hour. Jose R. was kind, professional and straight forward. Got our situation taken care of real quick. I highly recommend them, I know we will definitely be using them again.

Todd repaired my plumbing dobto a leak & Luke was the supervisor who came by. I have always gone with Mr. Rooter and always will! They have done extensive work on my Cicero home and I've never had a problem that they couldn't fix. They did an excellent job at my new home in Westchester, too! Jose was great to work with. He was able to come out quickly and clear our clogged drain without any issues. What I really appreciated was how knowledgeable he is, he took the time to explain what was going on and walked us through multiple options so we could make the best decision.
