Hey my name is nicole, I just want to say big shout out and thank you so much to Damien for coming out and giving five star service on our broken toilet tonight it is currently 11:00 p.m. at night and he's been here for several hours to make sure that we have our toilet working. He's the best plumber that I know who will get the job done he wore shoe covers inside of my house was very respectful and such a nice kid Mr rooter is very pleased to have him he has a heart of a champion way to go Damien and way to represent this company like you do thank you so much Mr rooter for getting the job done same day service was 10 out of 10

Great service and friendly staff. Very professional and prompt. Fixed the issue same day. They do use Annie (automated admin that pretends to be human). Only CON for me was I don't think they have weekend hours and I had to wait until Monday for service.

Josh and Quintin did an outstanding job during our recent service call. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, and extremely courteous. What initially seemed like a routine drain repair turned out to be a much more complicated issue due to hardened material from years of non-use, but they handled it with patience, skill, and a great attitude. They took the time to explain the situation clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. It’s rare to find technicians who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely pleasant to work with. Josh and Quintin are true professionals, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or request them again in the future.

Omer was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to stay as long as it took to ensure the issue was solved. He went over and beyond to make sure my issue was taken care of and to prevent future issues. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter! They also text you the info of your appointment as well as info of your service agent, so you know exactly who will be showing up to your home.
