Staff was very professional & very courteous while installing a new septic drain field for me. I would highly recommend them!
Eric was able to come out on a Sunday a couple hours after I made the initial call for an emergency service. He explained everything very thoroughly on what needed to be done and gave me the estimate before he started working. He was able to finish the repair fairly quickly and again explained very thoroughly what he replaced. He was awesome to work with!
I had a great experience with this plumbing company. I was dealing with an urgent issue, and they responded quickly and showed up right on time. They clearly explained what the problem was and walked me through the repair process, which I really appreciated. The work was done efficiently and neatly, and everything has been working perfectly since. They were professional, honest, and reliable. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.
We called these guys on a Sunday afternoon because they advertise many places that they don't charge extra nights and weekends never over time fees etc. they proceeded to tell me that there's $159 fee for after hours despite the fact that they say all over the place that they don't charge extra fees for nights and weekends. I called twice and they just brushed it off and told me they didn't know why I was seeing that and in fact they said I should stay away from companies like that because they have hidden fees and won't do a good job. Then the second time I talked to Jorge I eventually beat it out of him and he basically told me that because they are an independently owned franchise that they can basically do what they want and they choose to charge a fee. Even though their corporate rules are that they don't charge overtime fees, he said he could send somebody out first thing in the morning on Monday and wave the dispatch fee I don't know if they normally charge a dispatch fee on normal business hours. So they came out were there for 45 minutes or so and easily snaked the drain got it cleared then told me that I should pay an extra $295 for the camera snake. I said yeah ok let's do it. He said the big man supervisor with emphasis to make it sound like it was a big deal. We needed the supervisor to come check it out. He assured me that the guy would be back that same day then they even called me and said between 4:00 and 5:00. I said okay so I waited all day and they called me right about 5:00 and said that they were running late they would come between 11:00 and 1:00 tomorrow, I said I will be at work I took today off for this. He asked me well how about Wednesday and how about Thursday I told him what my schedule was and he said he would check with his guys and give me a call back in a half hour never called me back. Might I add they also charged me for this service ahead of time and then just blew me off never called me or anything. I eventually told them yesterday that I wanted a refund and then all of a sudden magically they were planning on coming there that afternoon. I said no you're not I'm not there I'm 100 mi away at work. I am pissed off and just want a refund I don't tolerate disrespect and wasting my time. He agreed to give me a refund but then also told me that there is something going on in there and that I need to have it checked out and fixed. They are just trying to upsell everybody on everything that they don't need for something that's very common in almost all homes. They did give me a refund. Next time I will take care of it myself or call somebody else that isn't going to be deceitful and take advantage of people.
Mr. Rooter Plumbing of St. George Once again, Austin came to the rescue with his smiling face that placed us in a much better mood. We had a small leak with our pipe connection under our sink which could have been worst if Austin didn't see it. He saw & fixed it with a simple adjustment. "Another problem" with our RO System from a Completely DIFFERENT COMPANY, unfortunately! (NOTE: We didn't know Mr. Rooter 3 yrs+ ago and wished we did. Please do your due diligence carefully. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Rooter.) AUSTIN from St George FIXED our problem & it is working order again. Austin mentioned to us Mr. Rooter has a fabulous program offer for everyone and we did sign up. Very Grateful for this annual program that includes all plumbing issues and the Best Part is Regular Maintenance for preventable issues. Ask your Mr. Rooter Professional Plumber. Thank you Austin and Jorge who is always so wonderful to understand and able to get out to our home FAST!!!
