Outstanding Service from David — Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Mr. Rooter’s Plumbing! I woke up without hot water and was dreading the long wait and hassle that usually comes with plumbing issues — but David completely changed that expectation. He arrived incredibly quickly, which I was honestly shocked by. From the moment he walked in, it was clear this guy knows his stuff. He assessed the situation fast, explained exactly what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, and got straight to work. No runaround, no upselling — just honest, efficient service.

Used Mr. Rooter this week to upgrade a water monitoring and emergency cutoff system as well as a lead content water check. Arthur came out on a very flexible schedule which worked well for me, with a 1hr call ahead to let me know he was on the way. Cost was reasonable and service was excellent, finished in less than 2hrs. Will continue to use them for future projects.

WOW!! Where do i start? Mr.Rooter came thru in helping us with our Water Heater. Technician Arthur was AMAZING! In less than 18 hours are issue was resolved and Arthur was so professional in his work. Thank you so much for coming thru specially in these winter days when we need our warm/hot water. Ridiculously overpriced! Their charge to find a leak is about twice the cost of other plumbers. Then their solution for fixing the leak was also twice the amount charged by others. Instead of solving the problem, they wanted to replace an entire system unnecessarily. Shameful corporate greed!

I must tell the truth the worker tried to charge me $287.00 to light my pilot light and that really made me feel some kind of way

I phoned Mr Rooter with a plumbing issue and was lucky enough to have Richard (Ricky) Relf come to my home! He evaluated the situation & was extremely polite and knowledgeble diagnosing the problem. He and his apprentice, Marek, worked diligently through all the issues and did an amazing job from start to finish! Richard is a great asset to the team at Mr Rooter! I give him a five star rating and more if I could. I’m already passing his name out to neighborhood and friends and family and he will be the one I call if ever another issue! He is the best of the best, gives a very dignified presentation and is highy skilled leaving nothing to question. Mr. Rooter Plumbing Atlanta did a great job fixing my water leak last fall. The leak was fixed and they did a very though job checking our building. Unfortunately, they installed the wrong part for that repair. When I called to alert them of the issue, they immediately ordered the correct part and had me on the schedule as soon as it came in. Jeremy Hathaway double-checked the building for any leaks and brought an expert plumber Allen Edgar to oversee the install. These guys are great! They apologized for the earlier mistake, done by a former employee, and jumped in to make it right without blinking an eye. Very professional and neighborly. They will be my first call for my plumbing needs. Thank you!

I had heard great feedback about Mr. Rooter, so reached out when i experienced a water leak between my meter and entry line. Brian and Mark where amazing; helping me a first time home buyer deal with an outdoor water leak under concrete. They provide a more sophisticated solution of drilling underground , made sure other utilities were informed .They were a one stop solution for everything. Truly professional and ensured everything in the house was covered up and barricaded to prevent any dust and debrie scatter. They turned around this huge project in 6hrs without taking shortcuts or compromising quality.

I am need of a sewer line replacement. I asked to have a representative come and give me a quote for the work for comparison to another estimate I received. I was told there was no fee for doing so. The tech showed up and told me he could not provide me an estimate unless I paid him a dispatch and camera fee. I was clear with the dispatcher the situation and that I was not seeking work immediately and not looking to pay anything for an estimate. This was a complete waste of my time. I never have positive experiences with Neighborly companies like this one. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

I was need of an outdoor plumber to repair a broken sewer line between my house and the city line. Needless to say I was in need of a fix pretty quick. Mr. Rooter was the third plumber to come out and provide me an estimate. Jeremy was the plumber onsite. He was very professional. He provided me with a very fare estimate of the work that needed to happen to fix the sewer line. The estimate was the best of the three, so I went with Mr. Rooter. Jeremy was onsite first thing the next morning and had the line fixed in a couple of hours. I would recommend Mr. Rooter for future business.

Ricky came out to evaluate my hot water heater after I began having pilot light issues. He instantly noticed that the 11 year old water heater was not properly installed. This was something I was unaware of as the previous homeowner had the work done and the inpsector failed to report it was not up to code. After careful consideration, I decided to have it replaced. He was able to pick up a new Rheem water heater the same day and brought my connections up to code. Very impressed by the workmanship and education Ricky provided. Thank you!

Joshua Stratford is consummate professional who is the only plumber who came onsite with a brand new water heater ready to do the installation on the same day for my estimate. Joshua is dedicated, friendly and determined to provide A++++ service and resolved all of the installation issues, tested for correct water pressure and insured that there are no leaks before leaving. I had a leak in the kitchen but thanks to Luke looking at the water pressure, water heater and faucet I had more than 1 issue that needed to be resolved. Luke provided a line item invoice for each project and the explanation for each of the recommendation's he made. For the time being I had Luke fix the leak and will keep Mr. Rooter as my plumbing provider - good price but even better service!!! Highly Recommend!

Ricky just came out to help with some plumbing issues around our house and I have been very impressed. Not only did he help solve our problems but he also gave us some advice on how to save money, protect the plumbing in our homes, and took a look at our plumbing set up to make sure everything was in good shape. I am very happy with Ricky's service and will definitely use him and Mr. Rooter again. Very happy!
