Incredibly professional and knowledgable team! Raymond's team was spook wonderful. They did an excellent job explain all of the issues and exactly what needed to be done without trying to rip us off. They took pictures of the problems and drew pictures to help show and explain how things should be. The team made sure to lay paper down where they walked, and wore booties without having to be asked. Also, very reasonably priced for high quality service! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a highly skilled and qualified plumbing and drain cleaning team!!!!

Hands down I would recommend this business. Sent a request for a quote Sunday at 9:30 am with clogged toilet and shower. They were at my house by 10:30 and the issue was fixed by 11am!!! Great knowledgeable, professional service and wonderful price especially for emergency service. Also did an inspection to see if there were other issues. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!

Frank came out and he fix our kitchen drain. He is very responsible and careful with our stuff very professional I recommend him thank you frank !

This company is horrible!! Our water heater broke, and Sean came out to “fix it” , after bringing the new water heater and putting it in he damaged the new one. 11 hours it took for him to damage the new one!! So all we want is the company to come out pick up there mess so we can start fresh. They agreed to come out and pick all the stuff up, but when I told them it was against the law to leave us with out running water, they took offense and told us that they are not coming out to get the water heater they damaged and they are going to take us to court. Also the day after Sean left and told us he broke a part of the water heater he said he would be returning to fix it from 2-4 and he never showed and we called to see what was going on and the boss there said sorry to us but he couldn’t find Sean or get ahold of him. That he wanted to send someone else out to fix it, that’s when we turned to a different more reliable plumbing company. What a mess and we are still dealing with this. Water heaters should take 2-2 1/2 hours not a week and a half. Sean was also cussing at my mother, cause my mother saw something on the side of the house leaking and she said is this ok? And Sean said” yes, F***!” He was also pushing on my mothers bushes and cussing while he was doing something by the side of the house. Totally unprofessional. After all of this they still wanted my mother to pay $1883.00. Still wanted that money after they damaged the new water heater. Very sorry I went to them. What a mess!! I would never of marked a star but had to so I could post this!! Hope this is the right plumbing group.

I have a Toilet water tank leakage problem. I fixed this kind of issue myself on my another toilet before. But it took me too much effort and time. So, i decide to hire a professional plumber to do it this time. At beginning, I contacted EJ Plumbing and Preferred Plumbing, the 2 most high rating plumbing vendors I can find nearby. EJ told me, they will charge $39 for just sending someone to do an inspection and quote. Preferred Plumbing sent someone to inspect for free; however, that guy is apparently a novice, and he proposed to replace the entire toilet !! ( i know i only need to replace the water valve and flap) Fortunately, I got a response from Frank, the professional plumber from Silicon Valley Plumbing, today. He quickly provided me a reasonable quote (he knew i only need to replace the valve and flap). And we quickly schedule a time and he just came and fix it. It's like i sent a request for a quote at 9am in the morning, Frank came before 11am, and fix everything by 1pm!! Frank not only fixed my toilet, he also noticed my shower dripping issue. He swiftly made a reasonable proposal,and fixed everything with my consent. Frank is the best plumber i have met so far. I will contact him the next time when i have any plumbing issue!

Frank gets a 10 out of 10 in all respects from us! He did an amazingly great job, very fast and for a good price. We had a toilet with a corroded flange that was leaking a little bit and needed to be replaced. I sent a request for quotes on Yelp. As usual, I received a bunch of automated requests asking for my address and phone number so they could come out and look at the job to do an estimate. I always ignore those responses. Frank responded personally and right away. We emailed back and forth about the job which is how I wanted to communicate. He gave me a price and said he could come right away that evening or the next morning. We had him come that evening. He worked really hard for three hours and got everything taken care of. From the time I first sent the Yelp message to when Frank left for the evening was about six hours. It was amazing. He is also a really nice guy. We can't recommend Frank highly enough. We will definitely contact him with any future plumbing needs.

When my 40 year old water pipe from the house to the outside hose bibs seemed to be leaking, I called the company to assess the situation. The owner, Frank, assessed the problem, checked the pipes under the house as well as the pipe that was under ground in the back yard, answered all my questions, and gave me a written estimate with no high pressure: just presented the condition and gave me the options. He also presented an alternative that would avoid having to replace all the back yard water pipes at this time. I felt like I was getting the full facts, and while it wasn't an emergency, I knew it could be (I recently had a rusted out main water pipe in the front of the house). He came back today to do the work: arrived on time, kept his work area neat, didn't try to "upsell" me anything additional as sometimes happens, finished on time, and cleaned up neatly. He also checked another area of concern for me. He's a great resource and I'm happy to recommend this company.

Frank did an excellent job. He couldn't fix the issue the first time he came after spending several hours. I think 3 and wouldn't take any money. He offered to come back if I wanted a Clean Out installed as we found the House, an older home, had NO CLEAN OUT! He quoted a price I thought fair given my 54 years of dealing with similar issues and Plumbing Businesses. I ok'd it with owner he came out found it lucky that he could get to the place where a clean out didn't involving concrete excavation and put in a double sweep. He then did full camera inspection of house lines and out to street and of course we found the issue. It had been further than he'd been able to push his snake through it newly installed Copper 1-1/2 to 3 inch riser for Kitchen Sink. Then knocked $270 off the quote.

Frank did a great job on our busted water main line. It was an emergency, and Frank showed up immediately to work on the old line. Unfortunately, due to the line being very old and non-standard, we had to install a completely new line. Frank's estimate was competitive, and we decided to go with him. He worked quickly and finished the job in just 2 days. Additionally, he was responsive and available throughout the entire process. Although he initially attempted a stop-gap fix to restore our water, it didn't work, but Frank did his best to keep the water on for us. Also, whenever I mentioned of any issues, Frank promptly responded showed up to address them. Overall, you can trust Frank to get the job done and provide ongoing support. He will be my go-to plumber from now on.

Contacted them the first time on Saturday evening when our garbage disposal clogged and Frank was quick to response and was able to secure an appointment on Sunday morning! What a sigh of relief as we were not expecting anyone to make it out here on a Sunday. Fixed the issue swiftly. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later, our garbage disposal clogged again and it's likely due to old age of the disposal so we bought a new one and Frank was able to get out here swiftly and did an awesome job getting the new installation completed. They cleaned up the kitchen and threw away the old disposal. He gave us recommendations on what to do next time should it clog again and let's hope we don't need to do this for another year! Thanks Frank! Highly recommend their services.

We had a blocked kitchen drain, and another company gave us a completely bonkers quote. We got a few more quotes and most came in at a more reasonable price. We decided to go with Silicon Valley because they struck us as really trustworthy, even though they're a smaller shop. To fix the issue, they had to dig up the concrete in our garage and replace the pipe there. They got the new pipe in on the first day so we were able to use the sink again! And they finished it by day two. They even did a pretty good job of cleaning the dust off the garage, which was a big mess before and a dusty mess during because of all the concrete floating around. We'll be using them for our plumbing needs from now on.

Created a plumbing project request and got 2-3 replies before Frank, the owner, from Silicon Valley Plumbing did. While he was not the fastest to reply (understood as he doesn't have a big team like his competitors), he is the ONLY one quoted us a price before an actual inspection. We had couple contractors quoted us a price that is outrages and Frank's quote is much more affordable! We did went with a cheaper route but the final result is awesome. Super efficient and he came over on a weekend with flexible schedule. After all, he guarantees his work for up to 12months. Who does that if he doesn't trust his work enough? Strongly recommend this small business!

Frank is FANTASTIC and I highly recommend him. I needed a gas line to be repaired and he was the most honest person. Other businesses offered extremely high estimates and tried to add in additional work to bump up the price. Frank on the other hand, was extremely professional and was thorough in going through potential solutions. In addition, he mitigated my concerns about my gas line by going under the house to confirm that there were no issues. The other businesses did not look under the house to check the gas line and tried to quote me for a full replacement. Overall, there have been no issues with my gas line since Frank fixed it and I highly recommend him.

Our toilet started gurgling while I was taking a shower, and then we found that the toilet wouldn't flush afterward. I messaged Silicon Valley Plumbing via Yelp and received a response from Frank within minutes. He just happened to be finishing up a job nearby and was able to stop by our place in Fremont within 30 minutes of my initial inquiry. SUPER impressive! The quote provided seemed fair for the quick response & service. Frank was very friendly, professional, and quick!! I hope I won't need any future services, but if I do, Silicon Valley Plumbing will definitely be my first call. Big thanks to Frank!!
