We had an emergency leak from our main floor toilet which was backed up and leaking through the floor into our basement this morning and we’re SO thankful Mr. Kirby plumbing was able to come help us within a couple hours! They were so professional and knowledgeable. It’s New Year’s Eve and we’re so lucky they could help us today. Thank you for doing an awesome job and solving the problem! We will definitely be using this business again! Highly recommend!

Main building drain can be troublesome. Ted talked me down from my panic and had someone here within an hour. Patrick did the work; he was easy to work with - matter of fact, organized and was able to clearly explain issues regarding to sewer lines at the hotel. I'm thinking they should charge more - they are worth it.

When I first used these guys. To unclog my drain they did it. Fast. And pretty cheap then I call the back to fix a leak and. A clog. In my shower. They showed up. Told the. Gentlemen where it was leaking and. I’m pretty sure coming from the pip the. Guy said no it’s coming from something else. He took his. Time to work on the clug. In my shower with three different snake. We made an agreement. What he was going do they were going cut half of the pip to make it wider. Then when he started to cut the dry wall he saw the leak when I told him it’s leaking from the pip then he turn everything around. I told. Him to just. Fix the pip and the clog soo at the end he charge me. $506 to unclog a shower drain and to just tighten the. Trap I asked if there was a warranty he said. No because he didn’t put anything new on ! Sooo I told him it was Ridiculous the price. I called the office. Asked to talk to a boss. Then I get the same call from the same guy saying my boss wanted me to call u because u have a probably with the service ! Also he told me he was here 2 1/2 hours. They paid. For hourly. But. Don’t come the. Keep changing things around. And. Talking two fix two little things. !! And get charge. $506! Also while in my wall that didn’t need be cut !

Mr. Kirby Plumbing deserves 10 stars, if Google would let me give that! Unfortunately, 5 is the max, so a well-deserved 5 stars it is. From the very first phone call, this company went above and beyond. Ted listened carefully to my concerns about a water issue at my home and did a great job putting my mind at ease before they even arrived. Ted was quick to schedule an appointment, and technician Ian showed up right on time. Ian got straight to work, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed it efficiently. He was personable, attentive to my needs and clearly respectful of my home throughout the whole process. This company truly ticks every box in the "very satisfied" column. Well done, Ted and Ian! You've earned a loyal customer!

My husband called Mr. Kirby Plumbing during a plumbing emergency and their response to our call from the owner of the company was phenomenal and within an hour Ryan arrived and our first impression of him was that he was polite, mannerly and extremely knowledgeable! He explained every step of what he was doing to fix the problem and kept checking with me & my husband to see if we had any questions. His work was neat and very professional and after he had fixed the issue he took the time to go over some techniques to help prevent any plumbing issues in the future! We are planning on calling them in the near future for additional plumbing renovations! Mr. Kirby Plumbing was an exceptional find for all plumbing needs!!

Septic blockage to the tank is dirty business. Mr.Kirby Plumbing technician arrived, took the time to understand the blockage issues and sensitized to the family need to restore service. A reasonable quote was agreed upon. Within 2 hours the blockage was cleared and all requested plumbing issues were resolved including capping an unused drain line that was leaking as a result of the house blockage causing a plumbing overflow condition. The technician was very professional and resolved all issues in a methodical manner. Many thanks for the prompt and satisfactory service.

While visiting my parents over a weekend they pointed out water-stained ceiling tiles in their basement. We traced it back to a leaking toliet upstairs. Left a message with Mr. Kirby answering service and Francesco was there first thing Monday morning. He listened, investigated and provided a couple of options for repair. Francesco completed the repair, reviewed his work with me and was very good! I highly recommend Mr. Kirby Plumbing!

At Sam’s Bagels restaurant, we had a very old, conventional and leaky sink near our front counter. The team at Mr Kirby came out and solved that problem with a beautiful new setup. They further diagnosed and fixed another persistent clogging problem we had below our 3-bay sink! Can’t say “thank you!” enough to both Bill and Ted for this smooth adventure! (…and no, I didn’t make those names up)!

Ted was as always incredibly helpful and prompt to repair my plumbing issue. He was even thoughtful enough to call ahead of his guys arrival so I could secure my dogs. The guys were prompt and quick and completely repaired the issue. Have been using Ted and Mr. Kirby over the years and even though it'd been some time, they still are prompt and courteous while being efficient.

8 days after installing a kitchen faucet the solder joint for the cold water started to leak on new years day. I called and ask to have it repaired on Saturday. I have to pay overtime cost because their 30 guarantee only covers monday to friday. The old faucet did not leak at the solder joint. So I need to pay premium cost for their poor workmanship
