I had an excellent customer experience with Mr. Central. With regard to scheduling, they booked my appointment and our technician, Oscar arrived within two hours of my call for service. He did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue with our tankless water heater. He explained everything that was causing the problem and gave me multiple options (including cost free options) for how to address it. The service fee for the visit was reasonable and transparent. I am very happy with this company and would schedule with them again.

Nick and Mark came to do my yearly plumbing review and look at a leaky toilet. The toilet needed to be overhalled and after discussing three options I decided to go with a new toilet and they were able to do it while they were here. They did a fantastic job and were very careful with my house and very considerate about wearing shoe covers and were great at asking questions and giving me information. I highly recommend this company and the folks that work for Mr. Central.

Jeremy was thorough, he took his time and he answered all my questions. He went out of his way to find out answers to some questions I had that he wasn't sure of related to payment. He explained the process of what they would do and made me feel confident with choosing then to get the job done right the first time. Jeremy and Nik did an incredible job with installing our new water heater and gas lines for fireplace. The neatly mounted the water heater and safely removed the old water heater tank. They were very clean making sure to put booties on every time they entered the home. They cleaned up the yard very well after digging for the gas lines. We are extremely pleased with the work they did and the professionalism. We will be using them again in the future!

I bought an expensive packaged heat pump unit from them, found out that they lied about needing such and such extensive work done(on said brand new unit one year later, I had a guy crawl under my home and took pictures, NOTHING was wrong! When I dropped them from my service plan, they would not help me order a part that was covered by my 10-year warranty. Then, the owner moved to Carolina but still does business in the Savannah Ga area. Beware of these guys, they tell you that you need work that you don not need .

Called to get someone to come out and repair th system they installed and was told they would come out the following day. I was called back and told they no longer service our area. In the middle of the summer they will leave you helpless even if you have a young child and high risk spouse. They posted on their website it was due to Covid 19 to keep everyone safe. Just found out that they restricted travel 2 years ago, must be able to predict the future. Just please keep your word if you tell someone you are coming out. We would have been willing to pay an extra fee (over the already high $100 service call fee) for your distance, troubles and more adequately protect everyone involved. BE CAREFUL before you buy Mr Central.

I've had service with Mr. Central for a few years now. My parents are both homebound and my dad is in hospice care at home. I was called to their house for another reason last night. When I went inside I noticed how warm the house was. This was around 7:30 pm. My parents could not tell me who usually serviced their unit. So I called Mr. Central. I explained the situation to TJ. He assured me that he would have his tech out there ASAP. Wayland called my cell when he was enroute. When he got there he greeted me and introduced himself fully masked. I told him what the problem was and he went above and beyond keeping me updated o . His diagnosis and I felt he was very thorough. After a hour or 2 the house began to cool down. It was 84 when i arrived that evening. By the time Wayland was done i could feel the change and cool. Thank you for the exceptional fast service. Both Wayland were here sympathetic and understanding. My parents will not suffer in the winter nor summer again. They are now Deluxe members. Thank you Mr. Central!!

I called on 6/29/24 at 530 pm to politely inquire upon availability for an after-hours service for a warm A/C output from my unit. The technician returned my call within 15 mins with a resistant tone in which he did not wish to disclose the after hours diagnostic fee. He immediately asked me WHY was I calling in this 100 degree weather (in which I assume he was working in). Additionally he wanted to know if I was JUST calling around for pricing - this was pointless to ask as he refused to provide such said pricing anyway and therefore lost money for his company by leaving me with unanswered questions for a profitable problem. Due to this resistance I decided to calmly give my money to another company that would respond to these basic, and typical questions, with reason.

We signed a contract with Mr central over a year ago and they have been doing a greattt job taking care of our a/c and plumbing issues. They have been excellent at responding to our every need. Diane I think is their office manager and has the greatest understanding of what it is you are going through when you have plumbing or A/C issues. Pete is a technician and seems to be very good at what he does. He has handled our plumbing issues to great satisfaction. As far as I'm concerned, there isn't a better company than Mr Central to handle all your a/c Or plumbing issues. This isn't my first rodeo I'll be 76 in a couple of weeks so I have a pretty good idea of what I'm talking about. Ohhh, and I'm a Vietnam veteran and they give you a break. Love this company.

I had Jeremy come and provide me with multiple quotes for various plumbing issues. He was extremely thorough when explaining all of the needed repairs and cost breakdown. There are also several options regarding financing and discount through their TLC program. He was extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated the time he took to provide me with all of the information. I am waiting on one further quote regarding the HVAC system, and then I’ll be making decisions moving forward. I will provide further recommendation/review when services are rendered. However, I am extremely pleased with the customer service provided so far!

The technicians were fast and efficient and friendly. Thunderstorm came up just as the team started, but they continued to work . The storm however got too close and they needed to take a break and wait it out while in the garage. Henry and Albert restarted once the storm past. During the installation, they discovered that there was a sizeable whole in the gas line that could have been disastrous. I am very pleased with their work and their attitude while they worked. One comment. they did not leave the instruction book for the thermostat. they showed me how it worked,, but I still need the instruction book.

Chris Durst came in today and done the Hvac maintenance to begin the summer and he was very thorough and informative, he took before and after photos which really gave me an idea of what really goes into keeping your A/C system running correctly. He offered ideas about what we could do as a family to keep it running in tip top shape so all in all a great experience from start to finish and we are really thankful as a family to have such courteous and professional folks working for a local company such as Mr.Central thanks in advance the Wesby's.

Timely and professional from phone call to the handshake of completed service. Jeremy was set on finding a solution that fit my budget and Nik M. was both efficient and professional. I had an expansion tank added to my water heater, T&P valve replaced, and a pressure relief system to my main line. There were a few other recommended services, of course, but ultimately those other things didn’t take priority or align with my budget. Price point is not the “cheapest” but it is affordable and the quality of service is fully worth it.

I have always received OUYSTANDING service from this business. I called Mr. Central last winter when our house's furnace failed. It turns out that the company had installed it incorrectly and failed to light the flue. They fixed this for us and winterized This week our hot water heater failed. They replaced the unit, upgraded our pipes and insulation. Our utility room will pass inspection by the city. Their staff are hardworking, friendly and professional. Highly recommend this business -- they do quality work.

Jake was very attentive, respectful and timely. He and the installer worked all day until almost 8 pm to get everything finished and working properly for us. His attention to detail to get all the plumbing hung correctly was much better than the original job when our house was built. Price seemed fair for the extensive amount of rebuild that we needed. The company seems very organized, and they have some very bright highly experienced plumbers.
