Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating

I highly recommend Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating! I had a toilet start to leak over the weekend and today (Monday) they were out here fixing the leak and installing a new toilet in a separate bathroom. The technician remembered me from past projects, took care to make sure I was fully informed of my options and was incredibly thorough. About six months ago, Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating came out for a furnace tune up and at the time found out that the company that installed my high efficiency furnace never installed the condensate drain line, a huge mistake that was not only very costly but also dangerous. I called the furnace installation company, Steele Bros Heating to fix the issue and they refused to fix it without charging me an absorbent price. At the time, Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating offered to come fix the mistake for free. I will never use another plumbing or heating company other than Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating. Not only are they incredibly professional but they care about doing exceptional quality work. I highly, highly recommend them!

DJ came out to help diagnose issues with my furnace, humidifier, and heat pump system, and he was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Very easy to talk to and genuinely helpful. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I had a great experience with Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating from start to finish. When my furnace stopped working properly, I called them and they were able to send a technician out that very afternoon. DJ was the technician, and he was extremely professional and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my system. Given the age of my furnace and water heater, DJ recommended that I consider replacement and suggested speaking with one of their sales representatives. Zach came out the same day, completed a full evaluation, and provided me with an estimate. While I was initially hesitant about the price, Zach and JD were very considerate and worked with me to provide a fair estimate, which I truly appreciated. Zach was professional, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain all of my options and answer my questions. The following week, I had my new furnace and tankless water heater installed. Fernando and Franco were amazing—they did an exceptional job with the installation, were efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the installation. Overall, I highly recommend Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating. Their team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with every step of the way. I will absolutely continue working with them in the future. Thank you to the entire team!

I had a mess under my sink. My last plumber did not do the repair that I paid for:-/ A few months later, I noticed water, which almost ruined my cabinet, under my kitchen sink. Fernando, my service man, explained his process and began his work. An hour later - done. He was very professional and I highly recommend.
