Hands down THE BEST customer service!! They have completed MANY projects for me and my family over the past seveal years!! I have even left my backdoor unlocked on one of the service jobs, leaving my home completely vulnerable becuase they are THAT honest and trustworthy. Super thankful for MORRIS PLUMBING and their outstanding employees!! Just this week when I had issues with my shower head and I called they had a gentleman there within 30 minutes AND they provided me with a spare until the Delta faucet under warranty gets mailed to my home. TOP NOTCH SERVICE from the start!!!

Morris plumbing did an excellent job helping me with my plumbing problem. We had a leak inside our wall behind our tankless water heater. I was afraid we were going to have to remove the heater and waferboard from the wall to repair the leak. The technician determined that it was actually the condensate drain line that was leaking. I was able to reroute the drain at minimal cost. I am extremely happy with the result and thankful the technician took the time to isolate the problem instead of doing costly and unnecessary work. I will definitely call Morris Plumbing again if I ever need a plumber!

They are a great and very easygoing company to deal with. The guys that done my install where top notch men can’t thank them enough for their service !

For 3 weeks been told they are coming to put in my new toilet. Still nothing. Guess my pain and suffering is no issue for them. Don't deserve the one star I gave them.

EDIT to add, I had them come back to replace my kitchen faucet. I purchased the faucet from Lowe’s, along with 3 plugs to go from a four piece to a one piece. I also had them remove a disposal that was locked up and had not worked since I purchased the house. The water would not drain on that side of the sink. The faucet had kept losing pressure and now I’m back to a normal flow and a draining sink. I’m pleased with their work and the guys were very professional and polite. My water heater went out and I called Morris Plumbing and they got someone out quickly to let me know what I needed. I purchased my water heater at Lowe’s and the plumber picked it up and installed it the next day. He was very respectful, friendly and did neat work. I could tell that he cares about his job and he represented the company well. I wish I had gotten his name. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

When I contacted Morris Plumbing, I had been without hot water since that pass Friday. I really didn't know what to do because my son always does things like that for me. My head was hurting, and my chest was hurting from being stressed out about the whole situation. I got in touch with Morris Plumbing and they took all the headaches and stress away and handle it. Morris plumbing just fixed a bad leak in my toilet shut off valve and also replaced the internal valve mechanism. The repair was a little tough on the shut off valve but they came up with a great idea and changed the connector style. The result is a better joint with no leaks. The price for this was quite reasonable and I will continue to use them every time I have a plumbing issue. Landon and his helper were friendly and professional. The repair was done quickly and the response time was quick as well. I won't use anyone else.

i was very satisfied with the job Paxton done. He is always very professional and does a great job. The scheduling issue was the reason for 3 stars. I was given a Monday morning appt @9:30, no show? I called and was told Haley took him off my job and put him somewhere else. He did come around 11. Payton told me he would be back on Monday to complete my job…but was put on another job and I was rescheduled for Tuesday after lunch. So I think scheduling needs some attention but the plumbers are top notch.

The job was to replace an undermount composite sink under a granite countertop. Original installation was 15 years ago but a crack had developed in the bottom of the left side. Tech had quite a bit of trouble getting the old sink out. Eventually had to break it into pieces to remove. Fortunately, the new sink was the same model as the old so plumbing was already a match. Actual installation went quickly. Techs were polite, informative and efficient. Logan and his helper did a great job.

We needed a gas line teed off from the main gas line under the house so we could add a freestanding gas stove heater. The technician was very prompt and professional and worked well with the guys installing the heater. In just a couple of hours he had the gas piped over to the stove and working flawlessly. I highly recommend Mortis plumbing for all your plumbing (water and gas) needs! We have used them several times and are always well pleased!

Morris plumbing has become our "go to" source to solve plumbing problems. We began calling them when we were less than satisfied with other services. We recently called them when we were prepared to be disappointed with the cost of the solution. They did a very accurate job of defining costs for us and worked after hours to complete the job. Outstanding locally owned company. Prompt and competitive quote. Very professional installations. I guess I put off the plumbing repairs and improvements thinking I might undertake the work myself. Morris Plumbing has been great to me! They installed a hot water heater at my previous house and have also come out after hours to replace a leaking washing machine valve after hours at my new home. They always show up quick, are very friendly, do great work, & don't charge an arm and a leg! I will use them for any plumbing projects in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

They're super nice and very reasonably priced! My water line burst and they squeezed me in and got out here that same day to fix it. I'm having them come back out in a few days to fix a couple other things for me. I've never had such a positive experience with a plumber before Morris Plumbing. I definitely recommend them!
