Jay, owner, was awesome! I made an emergency appointment to deal with a water leak in our ceiling. Being a 3 day holiday weekend, I was thankful Jay squeezed us into his schedule. Jay arrived at the beginning of the 4 hour time window provided. He is very polite and helpful, explaining everything as I watched. He identified the problem quickly and was able to make the repair.
