I’m a south Austin Realtor that ran into a jam at a listing, and reached out to nearby Moore & Moore Plumbing for help. From start to finish I have been SO impressed with their communication, quick service, and overall kindness! My sellers were equally pleased with Josh’s level of service and I’m thrilled to have found my new favorite plumber!! Plus their after hours call service was top notch! 🙌🏼

Communication is key! Josh was so helpful in sort of diagnosing the issue over the phone and setting the appointment. I called late in the evening and he was quick to respond. Stayed in contact the day of service, and got the job done faster than quoted! Thank you guys for coming to the rescue!

Had them run a pvc pipe from ac unit to p-trap under kitchen sink. Not far. I was charged almost $500 an hr.

He shut off our gas and wouldn’t turn it back on unless we approved repairs. The initial quote was around $1,100, but it kept climbing, ending near $3,000 after a pressure test where they kept “finding” more leaks. No other licensed plumber had taken that step or turned it into an emergency. Charges were excessive ($672 for a pressure test, $620 for adapters). We understand plumbers can shut off gas if it’s truly dangerous, but others inspected it the day before and didn’t find it urgent. Shutting it down without warning to push expensive repairs? That’s manipulation, not protocol.

We have relied on Moore and More Plumbing for many years, since David started the business. They've done everything from flushing our tankless hot water heater (installed by Moore and More), changing our water filtration system, installing new bathroom fixtures in our 1953 home, to a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel. I rely on David to recommend and install the best products, and keep everything functioning perfectly. David and Jeff are true professionals: reliable, honest, skilled, and very pleasant to work with, and that assessment is shared by our contractor, as well. Whether the job is large or small, planned in advance or an emergency, straightforward or complicated, routine maintenance or a new installation, Moore and More Plumbing always solves the problem. I've never had a call-back, or felt I didn't get what I paid for. David's team is the best in Austin, and that's coming from someone who's lived in Austin since 1969. Update: October 2025...this review is as true today as when I first posted it. We had our annual service visit today, with the usual prompt, thoughtful, completely reliable attention. It's always a pleasure to see Jeff every year; and , always a relief to know there are still family-owned, professional businesses in Austin. Thanks!

Moore and More Plumbing has been our plumber for over a decade. We recently needed a great deal of work recently as we were putting a house on sale and moving into an older home. They were incredibly responsive especially when we had a leak at one house and a clogged drain at the other. In the latter case, we had another large commercial plumbing service out because we needed someone ASAP. After several hundred dollars, they did not solve the problem. We were able to get Moore and More out and they solved for $400 what the other company wanted more than $1000 when we called them back. Jeff and team are friendly and always educate us so we fully understand the issues and provide stellar service. I highly recommend them. There is a reason that we have stayed loyal to them over the years.

Tried to unclog the kitchen sink for 3 days before calling for help. Moore & More was able to make it out to me the same day luckily and they were professional from the beginning. They communicate well, and when Josh was here he was equally awesome. We're pretty sensitive to keeping the house clean and Josh did great putting on and off his shoe covers going in and out of the house. Best part was that we had a leaky faucet outside and he quoted a price for the repair and got it finished - the cool part was that he realized the faucet didn't need to be replaced and didn't charge us extra for it. This shows excellent customer service and value. Thank you.

Josh did such a fantastic job of effectively and efficiently finding the source of the leak at my home. He’s kind, curious and considerate of the homeowner. It’s been a stressful couple of weeks dealing with this leak and previously I received an incorrect diagnosis from another plumbing company, but Josh really helped me see there are great plumbers out there that know what they’re doing!! I wish I found him sooner!! I look forward to working with him for any of our future plumber needs.

The only plumbing company I use in Austin Texas. I’m a project manager for dental offices in Austin tx and I haven’t been able to find a great plumber in years. Jeff Mccreless Would be that great plumber you’re looking for. I will not be using any other plumbing company in Texas. Moore and more was easy to schedule, always friendly, very fair pricing and they don’t just want to make money off of you. You’ll get quotes for the work the has to be done and the work that should be done.

Josh and Joel did a great job of installing a new kitchen faucet and de-clogging my bathroom sinks. They were professional, efficient and communicated everything they were doing. Joel took the time to explain clog prevention to my son and Josh explained how my last faucet install was not done correctly. The pricing was more than fair, with estimates provided before the work was started. I highly recommend Moore & More Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Moore & More Plumbing is simply awesome. I have used them in the past and always gotten excellent service, but with my only toilet seriously clogged on a Friday morning, they went above and beyond! Jeff was here by noon and quickly fixed the problem and was able to replace some other parts as well. From the call to their office to the service call itself, everyone is friendly, professional and informative. Highly recommended!

Hi!! My sewer was clogged and overflowing. I called six different big name companies. They all said they would come and never showed up then I saw Moore and More. Josh was at my house fast went straight to work. Fixed my problem and even checked all things that flooding could have caused Free!!! I had Josh and he's awesome. David came to my home to help fix issues that I was having with my tankless hot water heater. He successfully repaired that and addressed several other issues that he noticed while doing it. Moore and More are very professional and knowledgeable, the communicate very well and are transparent, and most importantly they arrive when they say they will. I strongly recommend Moore and More for any plumbing needs.

We have been using Moore and More Plumbing for many years. Service technicians are on time, courteous and explain what is needed prior to completing the repair. I really like knowing exactly who is coming to our home. We got a photo, courtesy text and phone call prior to arrival. I love using them because it's fixed right the first time.
