Apparently my septic was supposed to be covered for 2 years. Apparently, they’re supposed to come out quarterly to check it…never came out. They did deliver, and eventually fill in, the dirt where it sunk in from all the rain, but it took SEVERAL texts over several weeks. A light came on and again, it took several messages over several weeks to come reset it. My sprinklers were never reset to go off in my yard, so my neighbor was getting soaked. For the last 3+ months I’ve been trying to get someone to come look at my system because one of the green covers keeps moving since the initial install. Every time it rains, my sprinklers go off for elsevwral hours and now the surrounding dirt is sunk in. I had no idea I was on a service contract so I called another company who gave a runaround, but made a comment about the Health Department so I called them only to find out almost a year later and my inspection was never completed. I called a THIRD company and got a new service contract with them…the green cover had never been screwed down so all that dirt is now inside my tank. What a mess. Would not recommend.

They showed up in this morning in cold icy weather and crawled under my house to repair a burst pipe. They everything repaired and my water back on by noon. For a good price.
