We have hired MMG for several jobs over the years, and have generally been pleased with their work. I simply had to leave this most recent review because the work done was outstanding and phenomenal. Dustin, Caden, Zach, and Alicia came to our house and worked outside in a blizzard for two days straight. (Had MMG wanted to reschedule I would have absolutely said yes - I felt horrible they were freezing outside). We look forward to enjoying their hard work when it gets warmer, and we're so thankful for how courteous and professional they were in the face of difficulty. Highly recommend this multi-faceted company!

Joseph R and Ryan T were at my house last week to install a new panel box. I can’t give enough stars for either of them! They were polite, explained anything to me, answered all my questions and went above and beyond keeping my white carpets cleaned. They got the job done in less time than expected and i feel safe now!!! As for the price, I feel I got the best price out there. I highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs.

Montani came by to look at a leak under my Mom’s house and outside spigot issue last Friday. I live out of state but she called me telling me how awful an experience it was dealing with Shawn who had come out. First they were supposed to come at noon but showed up between 9-10 while she was in the shower so she had to call to get them to come back. Then when they were there Shawn heard a leak under the house but said he wouldn’t go further in the crawl space. There was a lot of water under there so I can understand this part of it but how he interacted with my Mom was the issue. She told me he was yelling at her and she felt it was aggressive, threatening, and definitely not professional. She was talking with him while she was holding the screen door open and at one point she said he grabbed the door. My Mom’s a 73 year old woman dealing with health problems and it’s awful that she had to deal with this guy giving her this terrible attitude. She got sick she was so stressed by this encounter. Shame on Montani for giving this kind of service and having someone this unprofessional work for them.

Once again-kudos to Montani MG. We had another electrical issue and I had a lot of questions about it; as well as for my own knowledge pertaining to electrical. Called on Monday that I needed electrical help and lots of questions. Scheduled us for Tuesday. BOTH Ryan T and Joseph R were outstanding 👍 electricians. Both of them were so very helpful, professional, personable, and very knowledgeable in their business. They resolved our issue and my questions. We had an electrical problem due to a thunderstorm the night before and we were stressed to say the least. I called them on 05/24 and spoke with a very helpful and nice lady named Ambrosia. She advised that they were booked but she would reach out to an electrician to see if they could help. She asked me if she could call me back once she got a hold of someone. She called me back within five minutes! She said that an electrician would be at our house between 4 - 8 pm. The electrician, named Caleb, was at our house by 4:30 pm. He was very professional and very thorough. It took him some time to locate and resolve the problem. However he never stopped and kept us advised the entire time. He explained everything and resolved the issue. We appreciate both Ambrosia and Caleb. They helped make a very stressful situation much less so. We HIGHLY recommend this company and are extremely pleased and thankful for their help on this Memorial Day weekend. We will definitely call on them again for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC should an issue ever arise again 👍

I called Mountain Mechanical Group after a different electrician failed to fix a serious malfunction with my electrical panel box. Being new to West Virginia, I had no clue who to call when I discovered something was burning in my panel box. The first electrician came in and told me he could smell the burning, but couldn’t find the problem. I then decided to use Google reviews to find someone else to help me.. I cannot emphasize enough, how grateful I am to Caleb D., who is by far, the best electrician I have ever dealt with! Caleb was kind, courteous, respectful, informative, and dedicated! He explained not only what he was doing each step of the way, he also told me the cost upfront, explained options, he even told me what I was looking at potentially in the future. Caleb went to great lengths to locate and fix the issue. I was having.. If it wasn’t for him, my house, surely would have burned down. I couldn’t sleep at night, knowing there was a problem and that first electrician couldn’t find it. I can’t emphasize enough how thankful I am for Caleb being my technician!!! Thank you, Montani mechanical group, for having such a hard-working, dedicated, and respectful young man on your team! If anyone needs any electrical work done, ask for Caleb, he will not disappoint! I am updating that i have since had Larry, Joseph and Ryan come out to the house. They are Amazing also!

We called them for a quote on a repair with our electrical box and were told it was a $95 service fee, and while this alone is high because there are other companies that do free estimates, we agreed to pay this so no real complaint. When the tech came out, he immediately started saying we probably needed a new full service install before even looking at the box. After he does his inspection, (less than 15 minutes for this, btw) he told us a new full service is needed and would be 5 grand minimum. We declined and then he charged us an hour of labor on top of the service fee even though no repairs or replacements happened. We had a second electrician perform a free estimate and quoted us $280 for the repair. Afterwards, I called and was refunded and told we shouldn't have been charged the hour labor. If not for the refund this would have been the fastest 1 star review I could leave. They were understanding, so 3 star is where I'm at because I can't imagine we are the first people this has happened to who maybe didn't call and complain. Always question your bills.

I had a house call this week for an electrical issue that was starting to feel like a real safety concern, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the technicians who came out. They arrived on time, were incredibly friendly, and immediately put me at ease by walking me through what they were checking and why. Within minutes, they were able to pinpoint that the problem wasn’t actually inside my home at all—it was coming from the power line feeding into the house. They explained the situation clearly, showed me exactly what they found, and made sure everything inside was safe while the utility company handled the rest. It’s rare to find a team that’s both highly knowledgeable and genuinely kind, but these technicians (Nathan and Tyler) were exactly that. I’m grateful for their professionalism and the peace of mind they gave me. Highly recommend.

We had an outstanding experience with Jeremy and Will from Montani Mechanical Group! We found Montani Mechanical when we first moved to Nitro 10 years ago. I have called them every time I needed plumbing or electrical help and they have always been prompt and reliable! I wouldn't want to call anyone else. However, for the very first time we had a glitch this week. NOT TO WORRY! They came through like I thought they would and stayed with me until the problem was resolved, and by the way, it was resolved very well by their technician Gary, who is the most pleasant and competent professional that I have ever worked with! I personally recommend Montani Mechanical for any plumbing needs!

I contacted Montani Mechanical Group to give me a quote on having a Generac home generator system installed. While I finally de ide not to have a generator installed, I can say that Montani Group had the best price. The gentlemen who came out to do the quote were very friendly and knowledgeable. Since I have a strong background in the electrical field, I could tell they knew what they were talking about and I was very impressed with they're knowledge. If things change and I decide to have a home generator installed, I will definitely have Montani Mechanical Group do the installation.

Just had an AC unit installed by the group, I have to say the service was way above the norm. From the very beginning, the salesman Robert was just a super guy, he was very truthful in all of our obstacles, I feel that he went above what he had to for the sale. But he did. The install was even smoother, Noah and his helper Kaden was a very efficient team , ever part of the process was very neat and professional. My regular Ac man just retired this past year, so I’m pretty sure I have found his replacement with Montani Mechanical Group. Thank all. Dave Winters Lesage Wv.

Affordable and professional! MMG just completed a somewhat complicated new HVAC and ductwork install for us and did absolutely superb work. We've been using them for years for plumbing and HVAC jobs. They are honest and don't try to sell a new install unless it really is necessary. They helped us get years more use out of our old system before we made the switch. Our furnace stopped working the night of February 1st. The temperature fell to 2 degrees that night. We contacted Montani Mechanical Group the next morning. Our technician, Chris T., promptly arrived at our house around 1 p.m. He was so kind and professional. He identified our problem and fixed it. We had heat again before 2:30 that afternoon. I can not express how grateful we are to Chris and Montani Mechanical.
