Carlos, Tony, Onni and crew did a fabulous job with such a quick turnaround time. My water main was leaking heavily and not only were they able to put a new one in and route it in the best way possible, they brought the shut off valve to an accessible location in my home. Big shoutout to them for the great work done!

TLDR; Call these guys, they’ll take good care of you and your home 🙏 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 We had a pretty stressful situation this morning when a toilet supply line randomly burst and sprayed water everywhere in our third floor bathroom. Before we knew it, water leaked down three floors through the walls, the ceiling, everywhere. Total nightmare. We called Monkey Wrench Plumbing and they were able to get someone out the same day, which saved us. Kyle was our technician and he was great. Super down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained that the old builder-grade plastic supply line had failed (which apparently happens more than you’d think) and walked us through what he was going to replace it with. He swapped out the cheap plastic line and valve for a braided metal one that’s much more durable and built to last. It feels good knowing we won’t have to worry about that happening again. What really stood out was that they also helped get a restoration company out that same day to start dealing with the water damage. When you’re standing in a house with water coming through ceilings, that kind of quick coordination means everything. Overall, just a really solid local company that shows up when you need them. Hopefully we don’t have another plumbing emergency anytime soon, but if we do, we’re calling them again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Excellent plumbers - Jerry has helped us out with leaks and estimates before. We recently had Jerry and Tony out to install new fixtures and fix a leaky sink shut off. Excellent work, professional communication, and on time.

Bad plumbers, look elsewhere, especially for gas work. They charged extra to add a hot water heater, claiming that wasn’t part of their bid. Apparently homes typically don't have hot water. After paying the extra $10,000 to have a water heater installed, I smelled gas in the mech room and asked that they come look. They said “Oh, it’s just a small leak.” Which is true, it was small, but it leaks into a confined space, thus creating a dangerous situation. We had to have others fix it, and they were shocked that it was called good by anyone. The hose bibs were not installed where they should have been and are all poorly installed and loose. Water pressure to the master shower is low. We can not run multiple fixtures at once without losing pressure.

We got multiple quotes to replace to toilets. Monkey wrench was cheaper and more responsive. Carlos came out for the quote and was honest and gave excellent feedback when we were discussing which toilet to go with. We decided to go with Monkey wrench and they came out the same week. Carlos and Tony were quick and efficient. They were friendly and answered all my questions. There was a hiccup when they picked up the toilet (it came in 2 pieces) and one piece was a different color. They quickly came up with a solution and when the tank was not available in the correct color for the toilet we had chosen their team made it right and gave us options. We ended up going with the newer version of the same toilet and they honored their pricing and went and picked up the new toilet promptly and had both installed same day as planned. Monkey wrench was easy to work with and incredibly honest. I would trust them with any future work in our home. Thanks Carlos and Tony!

I contacted Monkey Wrench Plumbing for a second opinion for some sewer line repairs. They were prompt in coming to my house and spent quite a bit of time evaluating the sewer line. They came up with a service plan that made sense to me and actually was more comprehensive than the first plumbing company I consulted. The job itself was a big undertaking and the team of Carlos, Tony, and Roman were great. They were very personable and communicated with me frequently. They demonstrated quality workmanship and good teamwork. They replaced an old basement drain as well. I appreciate their attention to detail. They will return one more day to deal with the finishing touches to my xeriscaped yard. Highly recommend this company.

Our technicians Carlos, Cody, & Tony were absolutely outstanding! We had our water main break & we’re completely out of water. We got a bid from Scott Hale plumbing, which took a day for them to complete, & had priced the job at over $15,000. Carlos was able to assess the problem & had a bid to us at the end of his inspection. Their excavation crew Monkey Wrench bid came in at just over $6,000. Carlos was honest & fair with his bid, unlike the competition. Carlos, Cody, & Tony, along with their amazing excavation crew came in and completed the entire job in roughly 6 hours. Everything works great now! I highly recommend Monkey Wrench plumbing & will be going with them for all my plumbing issues going forward.

My water heater stopped working, and Monkey Wrench Plumbing came out quickly and fixed the issue efficiently. Wes was incredibly kind and truly went above and beyond to help get my hot water back up and running. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be using Monkey Wrench Plumbing again for all of my plumbing needs! Update: I need to add a sewer line in my home, Jeff came out quickly and was able to assess the situation and get me a bid. Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Five stars!

I was so impressed at how quickly they responded to my request for service! Technician Kyle was thorough and helpful and incredibly nice. He explained everything clearly and was very upfront about estimates without any pressure. He worked quickly and I can’t believe that we were able to get our situation fixed that same day. Thank you for saving the first time our new daughter-in-law was coming to stay!!! Not to mention Christmas! Just found our new plumbers.

Monkey Wrench came and gave us a second opinion/estimate after a major sewer collapse and basement flood. Jeff B. was very competent, thorough and helpful, findng other problems that also really needed to be addressed. He proposed options and solutuins for our particular situation that were very helpful! The work was done quickly and competently. Jeff followed up and went way above board to take care of us and our particular needs! He's a great guy!

My water pressure regulator valve took a turn for the worst and needed repair. Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Sewer, & Drain had good reviews and were a local company and I am glad I picked them. Plumber Carlos L came over and diagnosed the problem and quickly arranged for a replacement. He was very nice and thorough in explaining what the part does, what happened, and what to expect in the future. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Jerry and Tony were great! They were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. That is why they deserve a five star rating! I’m so happy to have hot water again and looking forward to utilizing a water softener with my new tankless water heater! We were always running out of hot water. So when my water heater decided to flood the basement on Christmas morning, I figured it was time for an upgrade.

Jeff Beddow did a great job taking care of 2 sinks in master bathroom. He was very thorough and also provided education and prevention which I always appreciate. There were cleaners here when he arrived and he worked seamlessly, though it was chaotic Great service, very timely and professional. I will be using them going forward. My friend referred them to me and he has been very happy with their work as well.
