I’ve been fortunate enough to use Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric for multiple projects around my home, and every experience has been excellent. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to inspect everything carefully and leaving no detail overlooked. What stood out most was how well he explained everything — step by step, in clear, easy-to-understand language, without any rush or jargon overload. He made sure we fully understood what he was checking, why it mattered, and any recommendations for keeping our system running smoothly. 01/06/2026 I just have to tell you—Gabriel is an amazing young man! I’m so impressed that he knows so much, and I truly admire that. Even though he’s such a great salesperson, I’m a very tough sell, but I do listen when someone explains things at length—and that tells you a lot. Normally I brush off a sales pitch pretty quickly because I can spot whatever is being pushed, but he explained everything in a way that made me genuinely understand. He brought up having the protection or not having it in the politest way possible his approach was outstanding. Monkey Wrench Plumbing sent Nixon Duran this morning, and he was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and professional—he thoroughly explained all the issues with my plumbing, provided clear solutions, and gave a detailed estimate on the spot. Huge thanks to Nixon and the Monkey Wrench team for the excellent service! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
