Andrew was wonderful, helpful, thoughtful just an all-around good guy who do what he was doing. Would definitely work with him again in a heartbeat. My wife has already made a list of other electrical work.
I called Monkey Wrench for a leaky toilet and a leaky water valve. Their technician Daniel Sanchez came in this morning and he did a great job. He was very clean, polite and quiet. The work was done to my expectations and I would definitely use Monkey Wrench again and I would definitely ask for Daniel again.
Had a great maintenance check-up with electrician Andrew. Monkey Wrench offered me a complimentary overall check of the electrical in my house. So that alone was was a plus. Andrew came on time, he was very polite, honest, and friendly. He checked everything in great condition and offered recommendations on how to improve on the electrical conditions. He answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable. The customer service is always quick to respond too whenever I reach out to them. Would highly recommend Andrew and Monkey Wrench!
This company seems to have taken over some previously independent and reliable plumbers (whose websites and phone numbers and good ratings still exist, but those all go to monkey wrench). First experience with monkey wrench has been as you expect from a referral service: Aggressive push to upsell on the phone ("free" inspections, maintenance plan), then the all-too-common no show during the scheduled 4-hour window - despite them sending a message in the morning that confirmed again. Most of a work day wasted waiting for nobody. Missing my previous plumbing company.....
Monkey Wrench set up a schedule right away to deal with our No Hot Water issue. The technician, Louis Serrano, came promptly and was extremely knowledgeable about our Noritz waterless tank system. He analyzed and fixed the problem. He was a pleasure to work with.
