Luis was great! He was on time, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Would be happy to have him service our home again.
Rick, our plumber, was informative, knowledgable, clear, professional, kind, creative, timely. He had extensive industry knowledge that he was able to communicate clearly to your average-Jane. I'm happy to say I learned a bit about plumbing! Joey, our dispatch, was patient, professional, organized, communicative, timely. Excellent service all around. We will complete projects with this company again in the future!
$1,000 Disappeared During Their Repair Work We hired this company after our water pipe burst. They began work on February 8 after my midnight emergency call on February 7. The job is still not finished. During the repair period, $1,000 in cash went missing from inside my home. I had my cash organized in $100 bundles. When I opened my bag later, the larger bills were gone, and only small bills ($1, $5, $10) were left behind. The money was clearly disturbed and disorganized. No one else had access to the house during this time except their workers. I am not interested in arguing. I am simply sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. Please think carefully before allowing this company into your home.
I sure hope people aren’t getting SCAMMED by this company. Called for a tech to check out our boiler because hot water wouldn’t come out. Tech comes out, doesn’t touch or troubleshoots any system/part, and starts giving us quotes for a new boiler, which he quoted $4,000. I asked him why Home Depot boilers were $600 and he says the company’s boiler it’s a nice ‘luxury’ boiler and there were no cheaper ones from the company. For a temp fix, he quoted $1,300 for parts and labor which I rejected because I got sketched out. Paid the initial $89 and told him to get the hell out. Called a local tech and he fixed it by just turning on the pilot light. Hot water works just fine now. DONT GET SCAMMED BY THESE CORPORATIONS AND DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE!!!!!! Honest working techs out there somewhere, not with monkey wrench.
Plumbing: does not service condo owners in building with more than 2 levels per insurance. They seem nice, but making a note to not call in the future. I appreciated the upfront communication to not waste time & money. I think I’m running into people who take your money for an evaluation at a high cost knowing they will never be able to do the job so they ghost you & give you an extremely high price when pushed (John’s Plumbing). There were additional things with venting & lighting in the bathroom I wanted to check here since the service seems broader, but it’s not urgent. Maybe I will consider them for a non plumbing job.
