Wow - the company let us know when Alex would arrive, then he was on time, pleasant, wore booties in our house, explained everything and answered all our questions. Alex took lots of photos, showed us the normal pressure readings vs what our AC unit was doing. Then he gave us three options for how to proceed with what needed to be fixed. Everything on an ipad, and we were able to easily use our Visa credit card, I wish all repair techs were this thorough and nice as Alex was, on a maintenance tune up and/or repair. We would gladly recommend him and Monkey Wrench.

Joseph Cervantes and Jovanni Rojas did an excellent job working on my bathtub. Both were very professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. They kept the work area clean and made sure everything was in great shape before leaving. I really appreciate their attention to Detail would gladly recommend them.

Andrew and Daniel were awesome. They where kind and professional they explained to me everything that was going to happen and let me know when they where going to shut my power off so I can save my work. They also greeted my pets when they came! Definitely will be calling them back if I need anything definitely recommend these guys for any electrical, plumbing or heating work
