“They installed a cartridge valve to stop a leaking shower. He wasn't even here an hour and he charged me $250.00. And I supplied the cartridge. He supplied the labor. He left and never finished the job. You have to put caulk around the cover plate to keep the water from going behind the wall and he didn't, so I did it. I'll never use them again. they don't deserve one star but I had to give them one star to leave …”
