Moen Brothers took my request for external water spigot repair. Service was scheduled promptly after outline of need. Service delivery scheduled was effectively communicated and both plumbers were courteous, prompt within promised delivery window and effective/efficient in delivering the solution to my needs.
Had a great experience with Moen Plumbing recently when I was in need of having my kitchen sink unclogged. Thank you for being helpful and professional from the moment I called, to when the work was promptly completed. Dan and Zach were great!
They installed a cartridge valve to stop a leaking shower. He wasn't even here an hour and he charged me $250.00. And I supplied the cartridge. He supplied the labor. He left and never finished the job. You have to put caulk around the cover plate to keep the water from going behind the wall and he didn't, so I did it. I'll never use them again. they don't deserve one star but I had to give them one star to leave this post, to warn others.
Called came next day to repair hose in kitchen Faucet. Had to get part from Home Depot came back next am . Matt was very honest, professional and have used them before. We only use Meon Bros in Naples Fl.
