We’ve now used Modern Plumbing twice, once last year for a water heater install and most recently for a full water treatment system…both experiences were absolutely top-tier. This company is awesome. They’re quick to respond and even easier to work with. Chad was awesome to deal with. He gave me all the options I asked for and didn’t try to pressure or upsell me on anything. He gave me lots of choices and answered all the questions I had. 10/10 service.

First time using Modern Plumbing in Winter Springs. The technicians, Chad and Josh were very courteous and explained the repairs that I requested. I am very satisfied with them and if needed I will call again and request them. Update: Chad and Josh came back to the house and installed the new toilets. Their work is excellent and very neat. While they were here, I asked them to inspect the hot water heater. Due to the age of the unit, they were able to install a new one at the same time. I am extremely happy with them and the service I received!

They came out on a Saturday when we had no water after our main water line broke, and it was such a stressful situation. They were quick to respond, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and got everything fixed fast. Their professionalism and responsiveness made a huge difference. Chad and Brody did a great job of installing my new gas water heater. They made sure everything was done to code and nice and clean. They were respectful and finished the job in just about 4 hours. It looks great and I'm glad to have a good water heater!
