Albert and Casey just finished installing the new Trane furnace and A/C unit that we purchased from Modern. They both worked very hard to complete the job, were very professional, friendly and pleasant to work with. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and were considerate of our home and yard during the entire process. Great job guys and thank you Modern Heating & Plumbing!

Fast response to our needs, from the first call. Setting up schedule, having the technicians come out and assess the damages. They had to install a complete new boiler system, and hot water heater, (due to frozen pipes and flooded basement the old system was unable to be repaired.) It was a pleasure to do business with this entire group of employees and service staff. They made a difficult situation have a positive outcome. Thankyou.

Modern Heating came to my home within two hours of my initial call. Gela, the serviceman was terrific. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He provided a temporary fix while he went and got the needed replacement part. Part installed, he went on to provide maintenance for the furnace. Great service-I’ll be using them in the future.

Herman is an outstanding technician. We had a service call because our air conditioner unit was blowing air but not cooling the house. After a thorough inspection of our 24-year-old unit he explained, in layman's terms, that it would take at least a $1,000, if not more, to repair it. He explained the life cycle of the unit and the continued expense it will take to maintain it. He gave us options to replace the unit and explained the differences in brands and gave his personal experience with these units. We decided to buy a new A/C with Modern Heating and Plumbing. Herman returned to our house with a portable air conditioner to use while we wait for installation, which will be during the holiday weekend. We cannot say enough wonderful and thoughtful things about Herman. He is truly an asset to this company.

Great experience from start to finish. I had an issue with the ignitor on my tankless water heater. Contacted Monday morning and received a fast response. Technician was scheduled to be my house between 12-4. Tech got to the house at 1220. The tech identified the problem in less than 15 min, and had it fixed in another 15 min. Fantastic service, would work with again.
