Cavontay Jones was efficient, conscientious, thorough and professional. We would welcome his talent again. Unfortunately we had to wait until almost 2pm for him to arrive when we had been scheduled for between 8 and Noon. We had to call to find out why we still had to sit at home and wait. Once he arrived he went right to work and we were very pleased. Seems like scheduling must have been off today.
Aiden is such a wonderful young man. He took his time and was knowledgeable regarding the issues we were experiencing. He thoroughly explained, in easy to understand terms, the issues and potential cost to repair. I am also thankful to the dispatch associates whom were accommodating, given the several issues that occurred during a small time span regarding scheduling and availability. I did not expect such exceptional service, but am truly grateful for it.
Adam, Kylan and Bruce did great jobs inspecting the electrical and plumbing systems in my house - complimentary services with my maintenance contract. Very professional and experienced. They will get back with me soon with information to consider regarding upgrades and a generator. Very nice representatives of the company.
Awesome job today! 2 hour response time too! We have used Greenway for about a decade now. They have serviced (nursed our dying sysyem until it could go no more) HVAC and we even got our new Trane system from them when a replacement became necessary. I'd never use anyone else. Prices are competitive, service has always been excellent, from dispatch, thru installation. We also needed them for a dryer repair once. Same great service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Cody Hatcher Mr. Greenway's tech was awesome! No surprises, he made sure I knew what he knew. I called after hours about 7:30pm and received the best service. From the office to the tech. I wont be hesitant to call Mr. Greenway ever again if needed. It's a 5 out of 5 for me.
